After 16 years, it was time for us to say goodbye to our beloved Biscuit. He had a malignant tumor and, after trying every available therapy, it was clear that his condition was terminal. We called Lap of Love and they were responsive, kind, understanding and thoughtful. They made the process of saying goodbye about saying goodbye and about doing what was best for our canine friend. Communication was excellent and the hospice veterinarian who came to our home was loving and empathetic. Most importantly, she reinforced that we were doing the right thing at the right time, in Biscuit's best interests.
