In fact, this may sound crazy, but having a Hardee's in Bogalusa is one of the reasons that I moved here. I've deducted one star for two reasons. While the food is great, it is not cheap fast food! The lb burger combo is about $10. But, you definitely get what you pay for. I'd rather spend $10 for a good meal rather than $7 for a lousy one. My other minor complaint is that the dining room and drink/condiment station is sometimes messy.

We went to lunch here on business and when we got our bill they refused to take our credit cards because our meals were below a certain dollar amount. They have no signs or other documentation up letting you know about this and having no cash on hand we were left in a very awkward situation. The owner was unrelenting in denying to accept our payment when it is clearly stated that they accept it on the door. She finally caved before we nearly walked without paying. Their reasoning is that their card processor charges them so much if the dollar amount is below the threshold. That is not my problem as a customer. Maybe you should get a better processor that doesn't rip you off!
