In the past I used another local storage facility that was close to the Pequest river and whenever it got flooded so did some of the units and the manager was hardly even around if you needed something. The fees here are reasonable and compared to others in the county it is by far better. Being a new business owner myself I needed a facility that I could access whenever I need it, being in the car & residential tinting business and there are cameras throughout. Surrounded by residential homes and corn fields it's a very safe location.

The second 40ft container he dropped it too close to the road and on the edge of a incline, so the doors won't shut. It was not until they were gone that we even saw where they dropped it. We had them delivered to our property in the Catskills. The last one delivered has been sitting for 6 months now with the doors open and everything getting inside it. He kept saying he would fix it and then after Covid he is saying too bad that he is not going to do anything. I am a business owner and under no circumstance would I ever screw over anyone. Never! he is a horrible Business man and I am going to make sure he is not able to do this to anyone else. This is just the beginning, Also found out that he is not supposed to be operating under the company in Washington, that most likely due to insurance lapse he is red flagged. Keep in mind this was prior to going to the storage place. Fast forward went there explained i had a 26 day box truck. they had me sign the lease. When arriving with the truck the space was too small. Had to cancel that space and pay for another space. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! if I didn't use the space and went right into another space justify why am I paying all over again and not just discounted for the space. Don't worry I will be filling other actions on that. But the icing on the cake is that it's a $20 extra fee for having 24 hours access that I PAID FOR. Guess what that don't work either. Stay far away because this will the last month with this company you better off parking on the street. Very pissed customer!!!!

Did I mention I pad over $13,000 in storage fees which they wont refund..They say its "not their concern". I read its about $30,000 to replace everything in a 2 bedroom. So Im out $30,000 Plus the $13,000 I paid. Did they mention yr contents can not be over $5000 no matter the size of your unit? You literally take your life in your hands when you go there. This company could not of been more accommodating or nicer. The person we dealt with was Barbara. She could of not been nicer and very prompt in returning calls, whether it was a week end or off hours. When they brought the unit as well as removed the unit, there is 0 damage to your property. They give you several calls to update you as to exactly when the unit will be removed. It is really cool to watch how a robot like piece of equipment takes it out. UNITS really saved our bacon after PODS failed us. We were having our basement finished and need…read moreto move everything out during construction. We had originally gone with PODS because they are the name brand you see all the commercials for. Unfortunately they failed to deliver our container on multiple occasions. We were running out of time with construction scheduled to start in two days. UNITS came to the rescue and was able to deliver a 16' container for the same price offered by PODS for a12' container. And they were able to deliver the same day. The container was clean and secure and it was delivered and placed with zero problems. It was picked up promptly when we were done. Would definitely use them again or recommend them for anyone else that needed on site storage.
