I called them on Friday and they said "oh well it should be done by the end of the day." They close at 5, I got a call saying it was ready at 5:30 and I could pick it up on Monday unless I needed it over the weekend. Luckily I was fine picking up Monday. On get there on Monday and she flips through a couple of pages and it looked fine so, she wrapped it and I left on my way. When I got home I was flipping through so I could design each calendar so, there would be some color. I flipped all the way through and got to the year 2025 (I did a 5 year caledar) and it completely messed up. The calendars were completely cut off a or on the next page. I emailed stating the issues and got a call from Dawn. SHE stated "oh honestly I didn't look at it it, she printed it off and I just glued it together" what kind of business doesn't look at the product to ensure it is what the clientasked for. Let alone the pages she glued together didn't even line up. So, I brought the calendars back in they reprinted 2025. When I get them back they look okay until I turn to the back. There are black smudges all over and they glue a cardboard they didn't even fit to the size of the paper. On top of that the glue is already falling apart so much that I had to gorilla glue them back together. Needless to say I probably won't come back here

Ordering is easy, turn around time is fabulous, packaging is wonderful. However, their color…read morematching has gotten much worse since I started working with them. When a customer holds the print up to the original painting, it's ridiculously noticeable. The print is either lighter or darker than the original. Color matching is extremely important for artists. I've had to send pictures that I creased or tore up the prints in order to get a "credit." Used the credit to try again. The color matching was still horrible. This time I specified that I wanted a refund as opposed to a credit since I will not be using them anymore. Now they expect me to pay shipping and make a special trip to the post office? For their inadequate work? For them to just destroy the prints I'm sending back anyway? What's the point? Now I'm embarrassed that I had recommended them to so many other artists. Time to find a new printing company that actually cares about the customer and the quality of their work. Definitely would NOT recommend using them for professional reproductions.

However, their website is terrible and their customer service is awful. I paid a lot for 3 huge canvases with the extra color correction. Two are perfect. The third- I like to do my own borders. It's very easy to last second knock it off center in illustrator. Since there's no way to zoom into their tiny mockup of your work without complete pixelation it's hard to see how your work is going to look. You'd think the person doing the color correction would have noticed it's not centered. Nope! There's no human to talk to- you are at the mercy of Angela who takes forever and a day to return an email. I was willing to take responsibility and needed to reprint. I had my canvases created two days before a 20% canvas sale, so I asked if I reprinted and did another huge one could I have the discount. That's fair, right? Angela couldn't even read the email correctly! Two days later (I'm on a time crunch) I get the answer "no refunds". I didn't ask for one! Still waiting on return email. For these prices there needs to be a human on a phone who can deal with artists' issues and a much better website. Moving on to another printer who has a human I can call and a much more professional website.
