would be so much better if it had a men's toilet. guys have to poo in the woods behind the gym. there WAS an outhouse, but it's had an out of order sign since before SC had statehood read more

Just visiting from Virginia. Plenty of equipment. Clean. Convenient which is key to getting a workout in on vacation.

This is a perfect gym , priced reasonable. You can even bring a friend to work out with you and you don't have to pay extra. For fast pacing lifestyle this gym fits the budget of everyone. You're not paying and arm and leg for something like at other gym's. Friendly staff, very clean. Staff seems to be around if you got questions. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. read more

Not clean or stocked with paper towels to clean equipment since some folks won't after they workout on it. Some folks are rudely on their phones while your trying to get your workout in. One guy rudely told me I could not use leg extension machine in the 30 min Express room which he eventually used for over 45 min. I want to get in and out. Some folks have to work the next day! If you have nothing better to do then this is the place! read more

I've been going to this gym since it opened and to say it's declined is an understatement! There is equipment that has been broken in this gym for over a year! I understand replacing/ fixing equipment can be difficult but over a year seems excessive. The simple equipment that can be replaced such as bands are not being replaced. The women's bathrooms are disgusting. There is mold in the shower and under the hand dryers. There are only three sinks... one of them work. The showers are consistently out of order or run only cold. When you walk in the door you are rarely greeted because the very young staff are playing on their phones. The equipment stays dirts, mirrors are disgusting, and there is dust everywhere. They have a huge sign saying they will ring a bell if some lunk of a guy slams the equipment too hard but won't kick out the creepy guy in a trench coat doing hand push ups and hand stand walking around staring at women making them feel uncomfortable. I have made multiple complaints to the staff and management about most of these issues with no results. read more

I've been coming in around 7 and 9. When walking in the 2 girls that are behind the desk just stare at you... no greeting. I just a blank RBF stare. When I'm leaving the same thing. No have a good night or anything. They just watch you walk out. Very rude in my opinion. read more

Horrible customer service. Do not believe staff when it comes to contracts and ending date/fees. If they tell you wrong they will be talked to by Ivy, but good luck getting her to fix the problem on your end. We were told we could end our contract on May 18, 2019 without new fee. Then charged new yearly fee on May 1st. Called to clear up, and was told after a year we would be on month to month and that was May18th of 2019; however, our year started May 2017! Umm someone messed up. That is more than a year. We should have been told we we're on month to month and did not have to wait to cancel. Worae GM with whom I have ever dealt. read more

When I walked in, the girl working at the front desk gave me a very rude look and didn't even say hello as she took my card to scan me in. Later, she sent a guy to tell me that my gym bag was not allowed on the gym floor (the bag holding my items for the cable machine) despite the fact that there have been several other people that I have seen being small gym bags to the gym floor. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. read more

This review is for Planet Fitness as a whole, not just local. We recently bought our own equipment for home gym. To my surprise you cannot cancel membership online. You are directed to call or stop by.... Okay calling isn't so bad. Called and was informed you must come in person to cancel. That's ridiculous. Is this the stone ages? You would think a gym would prefer customers not witness members wanting out. Since I have to waste my time making a visit... I may as well waste a few more minutes to make sure there is a group of individuals asking questions about joining so I can butt in and ask how tf to get out of this sh!tty membership read more

The Easley PF is what any Planet Fitness strives to be: clean, friendly, fun and positive. I enjoyed my morning workout here! Bonus Tip: it's pretty empty between 6 AM-7 AM read more

Planet Fitness - No judgement & no crowd?! I'm in! - Gyms Near Me - Easley, South Carolina

Great gym! I just moved to Greenville and I have been to most of the gyms in this area. The planet fitness in Easley is my favorite. I feel right at home. Great job guys!! read more

Staff is really rude and unhelpful. I came from out of town and was working in the area. My home gym does everything differently and when I asked the order of tanning and black card spa, the girl just shot me a nasty look. They did have good equipment but other than that it was a terrible experience and I will not be back. read more

Everything in this gym is new and its a very nice building. It just gets a little crowded in the evening. Also in the evening there are alot of guys in the free weight area that other planet fitness's would set off the "lunk alarm" for. Groups of muscular guys that came to the gym to strut their stuff. It kinda defeats the purpose of the planet fitness "no gymtimdation" stuff. Other than that its a nice gym with all the machines and equipment i need for my exercises. read more

When I joined originally everything was great! But then when I went to the gym to give them my card they were a couple of girls that worked their that was always making conservation so me be a people person I would engage with them for a few minutes . Then they wanted my phone number. One was married with a family and one had a family. The next thing they ask was it I wanted to party with them and I told them didn't care anything about that they replied well you can babysit for us and I said no I don't care tom party and Iam not watching your children why you go party! Well not long after that the owner had sent someone to come in and catch with clients and to watch and see how things were going! I told him the 30 min workout you could barely feel any air and he ask me about some things and I told him. The next thing I know one of the two girls told the male manager at the time I was threatening her! Never happened they ask me to leave . I was walking on the tread mill the whole time talking to a friend! Apparently whatever was discussed between that guy was said to them or got back to them and I was kicked out of gym. I sent emails that I thought was home office for gym but however was sent back to pfeasley sc and they responded! To my surprise same BS! iTS LIKE A PATTON PLACE!IT REALLY HURTS BECAUSE I HAVE SOMEONE VERY SPECIAL THAT WANTS ME TO WORKOUT BUT CANT GO THEIR BECAUSE OF CHILD BS read more
