If you want a quality gym, at a very reasonable price with unlimited 24/7 access, this is the gym for you!! Of course, when I got there, it happened to be the "last day" of a $1 down 7 day free trial, which I could supposedly cancel within the 7 days with no penalty charge. BUYER BEWARE. Bait and switch!!! Predatory business practice!! I was told "the annual maintenance fee will come out 60 days after signing" and the monthly dues wouldnt be charged until 30 days after signing. Those terms provided by one of their employees completely changed once I provided my ACH information. Any calls to corporate aren't staffed and they refer you to your local gym. They have stopped responding to me and have made unauthorized charges to my card. Pretty slimy. Nothing like trying to retain new guests, work with me, or even ask why I wanted to cancel in the first place! Take your business elsewhere! Hot yoga class was staffed by someone with limited experience. Barre class was staffed by a sub. Facilities are clean. Business ethics, basic decency, and responsiveness - abhorrent.
