NEW Manager JUSTINE canceled my membership for wearing "The Rock" brand cut off workout shirt!…read more I've been a member at planet fitness in Appleton WI West for over 10 years and absolutely loved the atmosphere. That was until last week when a new "Manager" was hired. My 14 year old son and I were working out and she discriminated and harassed me, also went as far as calling the local Police to escort me out! (Humiliated) As I looked around others were wearing the same type and brand shirt which I made her aware of. She stated it looks different on you because it shows more of your chest, "this was discrimination" it's because I have a wider frame body! Unfortunately because of a single employee I'll be moving to another gym along with my wife and 4 children. If you're looking for a gym I would NOT recommend Planet Fitness Appleton WI West!!!!

The owner and the staff keep the equipment and facility in the cleanest condition of any gym I've ever been to. If you want a quality gym, at a very reasonable price with unlimited 24/7 access, this is the gym for you!! The gym is never very busy, so workouts go quick because your not standing around waiting or having people trying to jump in on sets. I'm so glad I contacted Rod and became a member.

The trainers track your progress and gradually increase the difficulty of your workouts so you never plateau. The group classes are fun too. They're usually only 3-4 people so you get lots of personal attention. I highly recommend kickboxing, PiYo and the Strength Circuit. For small group classes and personal training the prices are great. I highly recommend XO for people of any level who want to get in shape and stay motivated!

Super self-conscious, I wanted a place where I could get private, one-on-one help. I also wanted a place that tailored a work out around me and my goals, not a "Lose 30 lbs in 30 days" sort of deal. I found everything I wanted and more at XO Fitness! Not only do they offer private training, group classes, yoga, pilates, and an ever changing work out designed just for you, there's also and nutrition program (which I very much needed)! And it's actually FUN, I look forward to every training session. Ryan, Karin and their staff are very knowledgeable and caring and want only the best for you! So if you're like me and want to skip the giant, crowded gym, I would highly recommend XO Fitness!

I attended the 5:30a class a couple times and really enjoyed the instruction, the motivation and the camaraderie. Austin (coach) has a background in Olympic weightlifting, which translated well (for me) as he had different ways to explain positioning and execution of landing and pulls in a lift. He's offered a variety of scaling options, and encouraged us (individually) to chase an option that would be tough. I'm very thankful that I was able to feel at home, while far from it, at Crossfit Oshkosh! Indy, Austin's dog, is pretty darn cool too!
