Gym is small and basic, but clean. They have modern cardio machines with TVs on each one, that you can plug in your headset to. Weights, bosu balls, exercise balls, medicine balls, they are on top of the trends. Lots of good weight machines also, 2 tanning beds, showers and everything you would normally find in a fancy new gym, but just on a smaller scale. Beth was nice, friendly and chatted to me about her upcoming wedding, the town and the gym. It's open 24 hours a day, and when the staff isn't working your pass/card swipes you in while security cameras watch. Couldn't ask for more in a gym.

You can use the mirrored class rooms (if they aren't in use) for abs and such. The swimming pool ‍ is nice and warm and they allow reservations so you can know you have a lane before you go :) And just today I saw a sign that they have pickle ball in their outdoor tennis courts for the summer! Super friendly front desk staff and amazing managers! Definitely recommend this gym
