It's a small…read morefitness studio owned by Karin and Ryan Jennings that offers personal training and a variety of small group classes. I've trained with Karin before and it's a great workout. The trainers track your progress and gradually increase the difficulty of your workouts so you never plateau. The group classes are fun too. They're usually only 3-4 people so you get lots of personal attention. I highly recommend kickboxing, PiYo and the Strength Circuit. For small group classes and personal training the prices are great. I highly recommend XO for people of any level who want to get in shape and stay motivated!

Super self-conscious, I wanted a place where I could get private, one-on-one help. I also wanted a place that tailored a work out around me and my goals, not a "Lose 30 lbs in 30 days" sort of deal. I found everything I wanted and more at XO Fitness! Not only do they offer private training, group classes, yoga, pilates, and an ever changing work out designed just for you, there's also and nutrition program (which I very much needed)! And it's actually FUN, I look forward to every training session. Ryan, Karin and their staff are very knowledgeable and caring and want only the best for you! So if you're like me and want to skip the giant, crowded gym, I would highly recommend XO Fitness!

The place was remodeled in the last 6 months, but you'd never know. The new floor is already falling apart, and the layout makes no sense. There isn't anyone posted at the gym, so any concerns fall on deaf ears. And any time something like faulty equipment is pointed out to management, the response is always "no one ever tells me, I didn't know about that". Membership is obviously falling, days that used to be packed with gym goers seldom have more than a handful of people present. If you care about a clean and friendly environment with a staff that cares, this is not the gym for you.
