They argued they are not at fault because they NOONE suffocated, so i guess the are waiting until something really bad happens to change their policies. Bounce house are meant for small children so their first priority is to make sure there are no children around, even if they are to check more than one time because their negligence can cost a kids life. When requested for refund they said we are not fault, you paid cash and hung up the phone. DONT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

The delivery guys were so nice and had everything setup in 20 minutes while I set up the other party tables, chairs etc. When we were done with the party I just texted them to let them know they could pickup and delaftedthe unit. No issues, the kids had a blast, and the pricing was perfect, loved the online ordering and great communication. I will definitely use again!

I was so over the situation that I didn't even bother calling them again. Now 5 months later I see an unauthorized charge of $270.60 in my account, I called them and theres an automated message saying "they're closed for the season", Theres no option to leave a message. I'm not sure why they're charging me other than they're scamming people who don't check their accounts often enough to notice but you've got the wrong one here. I've already contacted my bank. Others so be cautious of this company.
