I only had 2 weeks from the moment I called them, to our event. Lili answered the phone every time I called, and personally responded to every request I had within hours. I gave her pinterest photos of our event vibe & what we were going for, and asked her for her expertise to help us put together a balloon color scheme. We were less than a week from the event, when I had an additional balloon idea and wanted her opinion on whether it would look good/what kind of balloons. So she said she take my idea and research balloons that could bring it to life! She soon found that the balloons I wanted weren't available, but she said she could improvise and bring multiple options on the day of the event - to see what would look best. They showed up even earlier than promised, had already hung the majority of the balloon garland, AND by the time they were finished with setup, I came out to the final set up event space, and they took full initiative to create the perfect balloon wording that exceeded by my last minute vision!! WOW. I will 100% be calling Lili's Balloons for any/all future events. You can depend on them to go above and beyond - ON EVERY ASPECT. Hands down, one of the best vendors I have worked with. They are one of the few vendors I found who have child size tables and chairs--they were the perfect size for our toddler and pre-school aged guests. They also have a very reasonable delivery fee which included set-up and pick-up. Carlos was very easy to deal with when I called to make the arrangements. He was right on-time when he delivered them and was very professional. He also saved the day for us. While he was setting up our tables, I began to receive calls from the company I had ordered our bounce house from that they might be late or not arrive at all. Carlos told me that he would be in our area making deliveries and to call him and he would come back with a bounce house for us if the other company did not show. Sure enough, with an hour to go until party time, we still had no bounce house and 30 kids about to arrive. I called Carlos, and he came right back to our home and installed the bounce house at a very reasonable rate (most vendors would have seen two desperate parents and inflated the price).
