I honestly don't have enough good things to say about Lili and this company! From the moment I found them on Yelp, the reviews were indicative of the level of customer service they deliver, along with an equally paralled end product/service!! I only had 2 weeks from the moment I called them, to our event. Lili answered the phone every time I called, and personally responded to every request I had within hours. I gave her pinterest photos of our event vibe & what we were going for, and asked her for her expertise to help us put together a balloon color scheme. We were less than a week from the event, when I had an additional balloon idea and wanted her opinion on whether it would look good/what kind of balloons. So she said she take my idea and research balloons that could bring it to life! She soon found that the balloons I wanted weren't available, but she said she could improvise and bring multiple options on the day of the event - to see what would look best. They showed up even earlier than promised, had already hung the majority of the balloon garland, AND by the time they were finished with setup, I came out to the final set up event space, and they took full initiative to create the perfect balloon wording that exceeded by my last minute vision!! WOW. I will 100% be calling Lili's Balloons for any/all future events. You can depend on them to go above and beyond - ON EVERY ASPECT. Hands down, one of the best vendors I have worked with. BE AWARE!! I came into the store to speak with the owner, Lilly, about getting decorations for my business. We spoke about what was needed, colors, design, ideas. After everything was confirmed, we spoke about the price. The amount discussed was agreed upon. I thought on that day or the next, I would receive an invoice. No invoice was sent until a week later in which I had to reach out multiple times. This was the first red flag, but I thought, I'm in business as well and things get really hectic and sometimes things happen, we're human. I received the invoice for the service to be performed and I find that the invoice is $100 more than discussed. I called the owner but I am told that she doesn't remember our discussion about the amount we spoke of so, she sends an invoice for more than what was discussed. She then tells me that the job that I wanted could no way be the amount that I stated. I was a flabbergasted with the change in price and how she doesn't recall our conversation. By this time there is only a few days before the event because I didn't receive an invoice until a week later. We settled on the price she gave me initially. I found this to be extremely unscrupulous and unethical. Upon receiving the balloons and backdrop, I received used balloons from a previous job full of dust. So, I paid a small fortune for balloons that were not new. But whats even worse, there was some type of solution that was sprayed on the balloons to camouflage the dust which was sprayed all over the floor. The event was a dance recital for small children in which the owner was aware of this. The owners of the school witnessed the dust on the balloons and brought it to my attention. I had a few children to fall and injure themselves do to the solution sprayed. All witnessed by the parents and the school owner. I was extremely embarrassed and mortified. Because of an act of being unethical, this could cost thousands in a law suit. This created a severe liability!!! When I addressed this with her, the only thing I received was, "Im Sorry." If I could give zero stars, I would. I expected professionalism, I expected honesty, I expected a degree of business acumen that is not present. I have a feeling as though I was taken advantage of. I looked all over for a Houston balloon company that can make me two baby bottle balloon columns for my sister's baby shower. After some research, I came across Lili's Balloons and requested a quote from them. I got a quote from them Thursday, received an invoice Friday, and they delivered the balloons Saturday. They told me they would arrive at the location at 9:30am and they called me at 9:22am to let me know they were already there. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the columns because they were very nice and looked exactly how I asked them to do it. Everything was so easy with them. No confusion, no "miscommunication", no hassle. They were very polite with our interactions and professional with their company Lili's Balloons shirts when they delivered the columns. I can not stress how easy they made everything for me and how awesome the bottles looked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone having an event! read more

I have used Lily for 3 events at the Westin Memorial Hotel in the past 2 years and each time the finish product and customer service has been EXCELLENT! The first two events were for large balloons with tassels for the ceiling. My most recent event this weekend was for large balloons with tassels for the ceiling plus an arch over huge number sign with lights. It was absolutely beautiful. I have worked with Lili before and was super excited about working with her once again. However, after reaching out over various platforms of social media and text with no response, I finally went through the contact me on her website. I received a quote and confirmed pricing and date. I never heard back. I sent seven emails to add to the order and talk about setup times. Nothing. A week before the event, I tried to call and voicemail was full. I suppose that should not surprise me as clearly we are lost on correspondence. I once again reached out through the contact us section of the website to follow up and confirm even date only to receive a single sentence answer. "We are booked on the 22nd. Sorry." Even my punctuation is correct here unlike what I received! Do not use Lili's. As you will be highly disappointed in the lack of follow through and service. read more
