I placed my balloon delivery order on Thursday and requested the delivery be made on Saturday. It was not until Saturday (day of delivery) at 5:40pm that I received an email from Duffy explaining that he could not fulfill my order because the delivery was in Kemah. He offered a discount on my next order with balloonscape. I am appalled at the lack of communication PRIOR to delivery and even on the day of delivery. Had I received a phone call the day I placed my order or the day of delivery, I could have found another alternative. But because he simply emailed me and I did not see the email until almost 9pm, I was left with no options for the rest of the weekend. Duffy is refunding my money but will never receive another order from me. read more
