Duffy and her team entertained in an outdoor Kid's Zone at Celebration Seabrook. On time and ready to go at the start of the event, BalloonScape's team kept the kids entertained for hours. I placed my balloon delivery order on Thursday and requested the delivery be made on Saturday. It was not until Saturday (day of delivery) at 5:40pm that I received an email from Duffy explaining that he could not fulfill my order because the delivery was in Kemah. He offered a discount on my next order with balloonscape. I am appalled at the lack of communication PRIOR to delivery and even on the day of delivery. Had I received a phone call the day I placed my order or the day of delivery, I could have found another alternative. But because he simply emailed me and I did not see the email until almost 9pm, I was left with no options for the rest of the weekend. Duffy is refunding my money but will never receive another order from me. read more
