We thought all was well, the owner John Quinn assured us the dog would be removed permanently, but that wasn't true. My girl experienced trauma from the attack and I didn't want a reoccurrence so we had to withdraw her from attending. We just recently tried to take her to another facility, but unbeknownst to us she was removed from the system. Now the process has to start from scratch because the facility manager at Plainfield will not communicate with another facility to validate my girl. I don't want to speak ill of the situation, but my rating speaks for itself. My girl deserved better!

I emailed Tommy and he took the time to answer all my questions patiently (which were plentiful as we had just adopted our 15 month old dog two months prior). The assessment process was explained in detail and hearing how he manages the assessment day and introduction to the rest of the dogs made me feel confident when we dropped him off for the first time. Arthur is very sweet, but we needed to work on his manners, mostly learning how to approach other dogs and read their social cues. We started working with a trainer and knew we wanted to find a daycare that would reinforce the positive behaviors we were working on. With training at home and now daycare at Diggity , Arthur is so much more socially confident and well behaved at home. I know when Arthur is at daycare he is being well taken care of. We get a verbal report of the day at pick up, which shows just how much attention is paid to each dog. Tommy has a solid knowledge of dogs and can read the behaviors. We boarded overnight recently and had complete peace of mind. Arthur is tail wagging as soon as we walk through the door at drop off in the morning and daily pictures are so fun to see, also! I highly recommend Diggity Doggy to anyone looking for quality daycare and boarding.

There is a reason the reviews on google are vastly different then yelp. Most are staff and…read moremanagement attempting to outdo new reviews and there are over 15 new 5 star reviews in the last few days alone. This is a classic sign of owners trying to boost their own rating, or offering free services to clients in return for only a 5 star review. No doubt one of the worst establishments that hides behind a name of a Buisness that used to be good. So much employee turnaround, every time I have come in it has been a different person, process, or this year pricing structure. Then you pay for services that never happened because new employees are trained by other new employees. My dog also gets daily medication and it came back to me untouched. Not only that but the groups used to be divided. Now, it is one HUGE group that only a handful of employees look after. This means a little 5lb dog is in there with dogs well over 100 lbs, and only a few people that are in the yard. If there would be any incidents at all, there is no way to control a group that size. And for this group time that now takes no consideration for personalities age or size you have to pay EXTRA for. for taking care of your dog which is supposed to BE THE BARE MINIMUM for boarding facilities.
