He was really friendly and walked me through what he was going to do. Then he went over my roof and even my siding and windows with a fine tooth comb! After he showed me a VERY detailed inspection report. He found a ton of stuff I had no idea was an issue or damage but he explained what it was and then we called my insurance and set up for my adjustor to come. He met my adjustor and talked with them for a while, going over the propertty again and with a ton of paperwork. Brandon and his guy (can't remeber his name) made all the complex paperwork make sense and then got my homeowner insurance to cover nearly everything! I only had to pay my deductable and I got a new roof and siding and even some gutters! Even our little casita got a new lid.
