horrible staff and horrible managers had a friend who used to work there and go into an argument with another employee that then shoved him into a cart and broke a glass cup therefore assaulting him, he said he reported it and messaged roque the owner on the app and roque acknowledged it yet nothing was done the employee that assaulted my friend. customer service is terrible and the work environment is terrible, i was also told by my friend they were told to leave all the trash on the floor till morning ladies clean it up and roaches are everywhere even in kitchen, the guy who assaulted my friend in plain view of the camera was never dealt with till this day, his name is jose vega. read more

so i went at like 8pm right, i got bracelets to get access to everythin. me and my friends go to do laser tag and these people are rude as hell in there so i was like whatever. Then we tried to go to the wall climbing. They tell me "oh sorry these are the last two people then we close it. But i just got these bracelet why would they sell them to me if they're about to close??? So i went to ask and they said the entertainment doesn't close till 11 so they went to ask and apparently they didnt tell us it was gonna close. You callin me a liar? Anyway so we just went to go bowling which was okay. I went to buy a water. $4.40 for a small water??? Dam okay i bought it because i was thirsty. so we play and it went well, finished at like 10:20 so we had time to play some games so we went back because we saw people in line so we went in line to do the zip line and he was at the rock climbing so we had to wait because apparently they only have one worker for everything... so we went to ask and he said "im gonna finish with these people on the rock and ill get yall on the zip line." So we wait and he comes to us and tells us "uh. Sorry were closing". Mind you its 10:45 so theres still 15 minutes until it closes. So were pissed because this whole trip at this place was buns and the workers were pretty rude. I don't recommend coming and we will NOT be back.. read more

Had a great time with the kiddos! Other than a slight glitch with our bowling lane, it was a blast! It was not crowded at all on a Wednesday night. We had no one in the lane next to us, which gave us extra elbow room. Our server did well. She could've been a tiny bit more attentive, but she wasn't too bad. We enjoyed our pizza and wings. The kids just loved it. They especially loved the arcade! All the games worked and there were a couple of attendants hanging around to help just in case. In town visiting family on a Monday and decided to go bowling. They have great family specials. 10 people, including shoes, 2 hours of bowling, 2 pizzas, 2 pitchers of soda, and 8 $5 arcade cards. All for $150. Phenomenal deal. There was a bowling glitch with the balls. We hit the service button and noticed it got cleared but no one came up to help us. After we approached the staff (they were hanging out at the counter where shoes are distributed), it got taken care of and we were given the lost time back without having to ask. The pizza and sodas were out within 10 min of starting our game, but no waiter or waitress ever came by again. The pizza was decent. They don't have Coca-Cola products and the soda did taste cheap and a bit off. But that's not what we were there for, so it was ok. They serve pitchers of water too. The bowling options are cool, and incorporate options for funny photos of your family while you bowl. The kids played arcade games afterwards. The prize room was skimpy, but not empty. I felt as though everything was moderately clean and we had a great time as a family. Would go again. read more

Went on Father's Day and let the kids play in the Arcade area. Tried to get food, sat down and no one came to give us menus or our order. Oh not done yet. Went to get menus from the bar and sat down again to look them over. And still no one came to the table. Bartender or who ever was in charge just gave us dirty looks. After about 20 minutes we just left. Was going to play more games after we ate, but never got to eat . So we just left since kids were hungr. Worst Fathers Day ever. This place is not for kids or family. Just a glorified bowling alley with a colicky bar for the bartenders friends. This place will close in a year. 2 big thumbs down. read more

Love pla-mor's food and especially their drinks. Always have an amazing time when going back to Laredo to visit family. Only problem during my last visit was that the "bar manager" continuously came to our table to enforce social distancing while repeatedly removing his mask and leaning in to talk to us. This place was great to take my kids a few years ago, idk what's happened but last 3 visits the place was empty. Bowling area was clean and functioning properly. The video game area is horrible though. Same games from 2 years ago and 60% are broken down. Kids won just over a 1000 tickets, but we never cashed them in because Pla-Mor's prize area was completely empty. What a waste of time and money . read more

Honestly the worst service. Called our server 3x and waited 20+ min, finally got tired of waiting and went to get our drinks ourselves only to see our server on the side eating. The ladies at the front are really rude too and look like it's an inconvenience to help us with our shoes and answer questions about prices. Not happy at all. One star due to going with the kiddos at 3pm when they open. We walked in, sat in the dining area since all the games and stuff were closed and waited like 15 minutes. Cooks and staff passed by without acknowledging us. Until we finally asked if they were open or what?. They responded that it was open but not really because their servers were not here yet. That maybe they would come in around 3:30pm. So we said thanks and walked out. We proceeded to Main Event where we were greeted nicely at the Entrance, walked to our table and had great fun for hours. Plamor lost about $100 worth that day.
