Crazy!!!! So now the computers don't work and we got charged for one bucket because the other employee just came and took the other bucket that was already promised to us. Pooooooor business management. We got a new cashier friendly and apologetic for the employees behavior...so we appreciate that. Our waitress inside was nice but only checked on us once .

We spend almost $800 for tickets to watch Luis Miguel. We get to our seats and one was completely…read morebroken! We couldn't sit down! It took almost 25 mins to speak to a supervisor. That supervisor took us to the box office where there were other people experiencing the same issue: BROKEN SEATS. This issue is COMPLETELY preventable. I'd rather spend the same money and get better seats and service in San Antonio and Austin.
