We spend almost $800 for tickets to watch Luis Miguel. We get to our seats and one was completely broken! We couldn't sit down! It took almost 25 mins to speak to a supervisor. That supervisor took us to the box office where there were other people experiencing the same issue: BROKEN SEATS. This issue is COMPLETELY preventable. I'd rather spend the same money and get better seats and service in San Antonio and Austin. read more

I am a native Laredoan and have been to the LEA more than a dozen times. I was not going to write a review, but after my most recent experience I felt it was necessary. First off, the parking lot is a bit small for the venue. A lot of people ended up parking outside the lots. One of my main problem with my experience was that the lines to get into the venue were long af. It took me over an hour to get inside the arena, and I arrived fifteen minutes before doors were opened. This is not the first time I have had this problem surface at the LEA. Another major problem was the sound system. I don't think the staff is aware how dangerously loud some concerts are.Both the issues with long lines and sound system are problems major venues in Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio don't experience. The LEA needs to step up their game if they want to attract more artists, and more importantly, fill up the seats. read more

1st time visiting Laredo and the 1st time and in this arena. In my opinion, it's a great arena. I went to Miguel Bosé Concert and the acoustics of the arena, it was very good and the size of the arena appropriated for the place and being a relatively small town. Great experience! read more

After some improvements made to how they let you out of is arena after an event, the city needs to work on controlling the traffic flow. It took 35mins to exit the area of the arena. City of Laredo there is a traffic control box at the corner of Loop 20 and Jacaman, put a police officer at the corner to manually control the lights to help traffic flow faster out of the area. Learn and grow just don't stay same old same old. read more

This Staduim is awesome an great in so many ways. When WWE comes, everyone comes to see JOHN CENA!!!!. Also the South Texas Collecters Expo is great for kids and for people who have intrest in cartooony things. read more

MANA concert, total disappointment. Ticket said 8:00 pm. It was 915, no concert. Had been sitting there since 745....waiting for 8:00 pm, like the ticket says...915, we left...someone should have said something, band running late, apologize....we left. LEA needs to work on this. read more
