This store rates 4/5 based on the customer service provided by its staff - but nothing else. We…read morerecently reserved a car roof box on-line (10% discount when compared to buying in-store). When we got to the store they could not find the box despite trying for about 45 minutes. As it was closing time by then they agreed that we could have the next best box for the price we had been previously prepared to pay. By this time the store was shutting and we were left attempting to fit the box to our car in the dark ready for holiday next day. The manager came over to our car after the store had shut and helped us fit the box in his own time. This salvaged what was potentially a disastrous experience.

a nice large store, but not much parking spaces though…read more a wide range of products to choose from, and depending on what you are buying, staff can be very helpful or very hard to find. i have been in for bicycles and foudn staff to be very informative, friendly and helpful, giving impartial advice on the right one for you, same with car seats. but with car accessories for example, i spent a lot of time trying to find the right members of staff for that area of the store, and found them to be quite abrupt and unhelpful for my needs.
