The repair centre is situated on the outskirts of Ipswich, very near a petrol station and very close to the A14. Reversed my car and caused damage to the rear bumper and the…read morepaint on my front bumper was chipping awfully despite the car being only 7 months old, as well as also having a scrape underneath the front bumper. Took my car to be assessed for an exact quote which was more than I had been given by several other companies, however you 100% get what you pay for. My car is an exclusive solar orange from Audi and it is extremely hard to match this paint, even though they had some problems matching it due to having no number/code for the paint and even having to ring Audi themselves, who laughed down the phone at them when they said what colour they needed to match. These guys didn't return the car until they where 100% happy with the paint colour. It took a few days longer than expected however this is no issue for everything they went through to get the exact match. I also only had to wait 2 weeks from booking to get the car repaired. Once the repair and paint was finished I was unable to collect the car before they closed at 5pm, these guys where more than happy to hang around and wait for me to arrive at 6:20pm for me to collect the car. And even then there was no rushing to get home, they showed my the repair and you would never know there had ever been damage to the vehicle. When starting my engine to drive the car away it came up with a safety fault warning, to which Ben assured me was not there when he moved the car from their workshop and told me to drive it and see if it cleared on its own. I also noticed that my rear number plate was dropping on one side (this had happened once before already which Audi corrected by making the screw too tight and therefore widening the hole!). The following morning I rung Audi to see if I could get the safety system fault checked, they were completely useless and couldn't get it sorted for at least a week and a half and also said they couldn't sort the number plate out for me. I informed Ben of this and within a few hours he had organised for Bish to come to the lockup on his day off and fix the number plate which is now perfect and to also take the car to a friend in order to get the fault checked and cleared. Less than 24hrs from picking the car up both issues had been rectified at no extra cost and the guys really went far beyond what most bodyshops would! The fault was simply because the car had recognised the bumpers had been removed and since being cleared on Saturday it has not returned. I cannot recommend these guys enough! They knew how much love I have for my car and treated it like it was their own whilst they had it. I was going to be cheeky and give 4 stars only because my Audi Gecko air fresher is no longer in the car and it was when I left it, I decided it was a very minor detail for all they have done! Thanks guys, I won't be taking my car anywhere else to be repaired! EDIT: They have even replaced my Audi air freshener for me! Thanks guys
