I found it ok at a busy intersection and it had parking on the side and front. They had a huge list of hard ice cream so it took me awhile to choose. I'm partial to coffee ice cream and they had "rush hour" which I've had before and knew I liked. They served Ashby's hard ice cream from Michigan and it's soooo good! I went for a 2 scoop on regular cone. The employee serving and taking orders was so pleasant (even though she was alone and working orders and cash out). The serving was generous and prices were fair. They had a couple of tables for outside seating. I would definitely come back here.

For a small soft serve, it was really big, I couldn't finish it. This can be easily shared by two people if you want something light. My friend got a Twix milkshake and it was really good. The Twix really added a nice crunch and flavor to the milkshake. Overall, really nice place with friendly workers and fast service. I will come back for their milkshake next time.

One thing to know before you go, they have separate cash-only lines and card-payment lines. Both lines move slowly, but the cash line is shorter, so if you have cash, it may save you some time. I also really appreciated how they handled my food allergy. When I asked about sprinkles, the employee washed her hands and used a fresh container of sprinkles to help avoid cross-contamination. That extra care meant a lot and made me feel much more comfortable ordering. Great ice cream, a gorgeous atmosphere, and thoughtful customer service make Bev's a place we'll happily visit again.

I got a scoop of panda paws and a scoop of peanut butter chocolate with hot fudge, peanut butter sauce, and crunchies on top. It was so flavorful and the flavors blended together so well. My mom got soft serve chocolate and vanilla twist in a cone, my brother got vanilla soft serve in a cup, and my husband got a chocolate shake. Everyone enjoyed what they got very much. The staff were so friendly and quick which was a plus, and even though we went on a holiday Monday, it wasn't slammed with a long wait. We weren't sure if they were open or not since they made a social media post about the holiday, but didn't confirm in their post if they were open, closed, or had altered hours. We had to call a few times until someone answered and confirmed they were open. Parking is limited, but we were able to snag one of their reserved spots. I could see it being an issue if they're slammed, though, so be mindful of that. The outdoor seating available is beautiful and right on Lake Ontario. There are several picnic tables, benches, and an oversized Bev's chair! They also have lights strung up around their seating, which I bet looks beautiful in the night time, so I'll just have to make a night trip there one day. My family and I loved the time we spent together here. I will definitely be back and can't wait!

The quality was not as good, something was clearly different, my wife and I both noticed it. We've been going to Rudy's for years, so we know when something has changed. I'm very glad to report that our visit today was like old times! The quality was good, like it used to be, and we were both very satisfied with our fish sandwiches and fried clams. The lake views are beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect backdrop for a casual meal. One unique touch I loved was that they provide paper bags to cover your food when you're eating outside, a clever way to keep the seagulls from swooping down and stealing your meal! Inside, it's exactly what you'd expect from a traditional drive-in. The staff was friendly, efficient, and kept the line moving quickly. Plenty of parking with some space across the street too. Cleanish restrooms. One thing to know if you have food allergies, specifically a shellfish allergy, and they use shared fryers, so I couldn't safely order anything fried. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency. Between the friendly service, gorgeous waterfront location, and nostalgic atmosphere, Rudy's is a classic place that's easy to recommend.

The ice cream was creamy to the right consistency and the spread of sprinkles was complete. Sprinkle flavor was a bit grainy, but not enough to take away from the overall feel of the cone. I was like that's kinda odd, strawberry and chocolate milk in a stand alone fridge? I ended up buying the strawberry milk and Holy Moses, this was the easily the best strawberry milk I ever had. It was so good, it was so good it actually made me make my way to their actual farm and take god their milk was cheaper at the farm. I also asked since I noticed the employees were wearing very distinct clothing if they were Amish? The employee said it was similar but they were Mennonites. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=Y_iTTjKvV5hLy-880SZzlA&select=FJpVePPXalf0iGdM0UXSng The food: Strawberry Milk- This is a must get item.
