The in house cookies are definitely great and compliment the ice cream well by being warm. However, tonight Junah made it less of a positive experience. He was talking and not paying attention to customers. He was on his phone touching his hair and nose. Thankfully he had to wear gloves. He was so distracted he bypassed us to the customers behind us. He kept trying to talk and get Hank sidetracked but he for the most part was cordial but stayed on task. I did not get the young lady's name she was a trainee. She stayed with the customer and was working efficiently.
