Service is great. It's brand new but they are still fast and very friendly and accurate. Recommend the frozen hot chocolate

I hear a lot of bad things about this place but always remember that one good meal and experience…read morethat I had years and years ago. When I found myself in the area again this week, I decided to give it a shot and relive that experience. What a change. Guess they were right. I remember a delicious crawfish étouffée that I had when I went the first time which is no longer on the menu. It's mostly just fried food and hamburgers. I ordered the overstuffed shrimp Poboy that the woman said was the most popular item on the menu. It was overstuffed all right, but the shrimp were hard as rubber and tasted like they had been cooked in week old oil. It was an hour before closing so maybe that was it but that is not an excuse. I'll still think about that delicious crawfish étouffée that I had years and years ago, and try my hardest to forget this terrible meal. The Poboy itself was around $15 and the fries were two dollars extra. To their credit, they were crinkly fries, which are always my favorite and they were delicious. I wish I would've never went back and kept my memories, but I did. Perhaps I'll give it another shot one day. I hear the gumbo is good, which was the special of the day, but it was too hot for that all the day I went. Lots of interesting things inside, it looks like a roadside attraction almost. I can't understand why there's not more restaurants in this area as they are several plantations that people most likely go to visit and would likely decide to have lunch somewhere. Almost anything would blow this one out the water. I still dig the ambience. The alligator dressed in a chef suit, the interesting painting on the bathroom wall, the old country/Cajun feel but aside from that, what happened, B & C Seafood?

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Hostile and Unprofessional Conduct - Popeyes Gramercy, LA…read more(Store #83068) To Popeyes Corporate Guest Relations and the Franchise Owner/Operator, I am writing to formally document a serious incident that occurred at your Popeyes location at 982 Highway 3125, Gramercy, Louisiana on February 15, 2026, at approximately 5:48 PM. My intention is not to be inflammatory, but to ensure that this matter is reviewed at the appropriate level due to the severity of the conduct involved. Upon arriving at the drive‑thru, I initially interacted with an employee who took my order over the speaker. Her professionalism and positive energy were exceptional, and I was genuinely looking forward to complimenting her when I reached the window. However, when I pulled forward, I was met by another employee, identified on my receipt as Rochelle, whose behavior was immediately hostile and escalated rapidly. When she asked what I ordered, I repeated my order politely. She responded that she did not see it on her screen. Before I could finish clarifying, she abruptly stated, "I'm not about to argue with you," despite the fact that I had said only a few words. She then closed the drive‑thru window in my face. This occurred three separate times during the interaction. When I asked if she was alright or if something was wrong, she stated, "I just have a nasty attitude," in front of another employee. Her tone and demeanor were openly aggressive and dismissive. At one point, while standing behind another employee, she continued making comments toward me and then returned to the window to say, "You like to argue with women," which I interpreted as an inappropriate and targeted remark about my identity. The situation became so disruptive that another employee came from the back to see what was happening. The employee who originally took my order quietly apologized and whispered that "this is just how she is," and discreetly provided the name and number I requested -- indicating that staff may feel unsafe or unable to address this behavior openly. The environment at that moment felt chaotic, unprofessional, and hostile. As someone who has worked in fast food before, I understand the pressures of the job. However, the conduct I experienced went far beyond stress or frustration. It created an environment that was uncomfortable for me as a customer and appeared to be uncomfortable for the staff as well.
