Only came in here today for Ammo as a last resort since apparently walmart no longer carries any, was blown away with the customer service! The workers were happy to point me in the right direction and didn't hound over me to make a sale but were also in close vicinity if i had any questions. Was kind of in a rush but prices may actually be the best in town from the few firearms I glanced at. They even had a entire table of police trade-in glocks and berettas for great prices. Will definitely be here for all my ammo needs and hope to make a gun purchase ASAP read more

I am High Disappointed as well as unsatisfied with this company. I recently purchased and ammo from ammo at the South Florida fairgrounds gun show and was overcharged for my purchase. I was charged an additional $20 for a Box of 5.56 ammo for a customer in front of me due to an error on PJs employees behalf. Upon noticing the arrow I tried to contact PJ Ammo via phone an Had No Luck. I wrote them on Instagram and sent a picture of my purchase and receipt and received NO RESPONSE. I then emailed PJ ammo with a picture of my purchase as well as the receipt Received email with various instructions and things to do in order to get compensation. (Ticket number time, etc) Upon sending all the required information to PJ ammo I was still not contacted or reimbursed. I sent an additional email out to let them know and I was lied to and told that my message was sent to a junk folder. An Employee from PJ ammo lied to me in a Follow up email and told me that they would be sending it out soon and I still have yet to receive it over a month later. i am highly frustrated and will NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I WILL ALSO MAKE IT MY DUTY TO WORN OTHERS AGAINST SHOPPING WITH PJ AMMO IN THE FUTURE. And So you don't Think I'm Lying.. Here is a picture of the same Receipt. read more

Smooth as a brand new rifle barrel. The ladies were as helpful as possible with everything I wanted to look at and hold as well as any questions I had. Idk who had a bad time at this store. The staff here are great. Everyone has always been really nice and helpful. They offer $10 FFL transfers, so if you buy a firearm from somewhere else online, you can ship it to them for the transfer (I always call them first to see if they have what I'm looking for and can match the price - buy local when possible!). They have a pretty good selection of both guns and ammo in the store. Their location is really convenient from Powerline, Sample, and the highway. read more

PJ ammo is my go-to FFL dealer. I've used them on three different occasions so far to transfer guns and rifles that I've purchased online. They only charge $15.00 for the transfer fee compared to $45 at other locations. I've bought all my ammo through them; their prices are very competitive. I've traded a handgun that I no longer wanted and got a fair price. Overall, they're a sincere family-owned business. However the used firearm prices are 20% higher than the local competition which is why the 2 stars. Its too bad we couldn't make a deal and be able to leave a 5 star review. Staff was very friendly, purchase of my firearm went smoothly. That's as good as it is going to get. Made my purchase at the Gun and Knife show in West Palm Beach on July 8th. It took nearly 2 weeks and multiple e-mails and phone call's to get these guys to finally ship my firearm to a local FFL. It came in today (August 25th) however the only reason I found out about it is because FedEx sent me a notification. There was no contact information included in their shipment. A good friend of mine used this dealer as a pick up point for an online purchase and saw what he believed to be a good deal on a Smith and Wesson M&P 9 Shield EZ Gen 2. He asked me to ride over and look at it for him. The gun was "used" but in reality the thing was basically brand new. The price was unbeatable and I suggested he purchase the pistol. While I was there my instincts wouldn't let me leave without a thorough once over of all the firearms and accessories they have to offer. I must say, from my first impression, the place is immaculate. Very clean, very modern, the staff was extremely polite and approachable (something you don't find in the firearm industry too much for some strange reason) I've been to hundreds of gun stores around the country and I felt very comfortable browsing the store and speaking to the employees. The prices were right on the money and the selection was pretty impressive, especially considering the current demand in the firearms sector. Love this place...a couple of months back I came in to the store after seeing them at a gun show once. I was shopping for a Beretta 92. They had a 92s at a great price took it,bought my ammo (which they were the cheapest for) and went on my merry way. Fast forward three months and I got my concealed permit so I wanted something smaller to carry. Came in and traded my beretta for a Taurus 22. Very easy salesman was very informative in and out. I go to the range to try my new gun and it keeps jamming. The range officer asked me where I got it I told him PJ's he said don't worry go back with it and they'll take care of you. Went back the next day PJ gladly took it back and then proceeded for about half hour/ forty five minutes taking out guns and explaining the pluses and minuses along with some cool stories his salesman quipping some jokes in between and the sales lady also sharing her knowledge. I was still unsure after that so I told them the good old "I'll think about it" they were totally cool with that and said were here when you need us. The next day I came back got a Sig .380 at a ridiculously good price all with the same service. GREAT PEOPLE WORKING HONESTLY WITH A PASSION FOR WHAT THEY DO ! read more
