Another year, another amazing piñata by Piñata Time! If you read my previous review you can learn all about my first experience creating a custom piñata for my son's first birthday. Since I had such an amazing experience with them last year I decided to call them again for his second birthday. This year's theme was Baby Shark which is super popular but I still gave them a call to make sure they could create a yellow baby shark. Something new I learned this year is that they can make the piñata in two different ways. One is more like a "2D", where it's completely flat from front and back, or more for a 3D where the piñata has more of a "real" shape. I decided to keep it simple and go with the 2D version since that's what I did the year before. As per usual, the piñata was absolutely perfect and my son loved it. Same as last year, when I picked it up I requested for them to create a hole for the candies and also purchased some from them. Saying sorry and acting sorry are two different things. They also lie on their response in regards to time frame of days and time. I wish I could give this place five starts but unfortunately I can't. I definitely would recommend buying a piñata here 10 out of 10 because the prices are reasonable for the quality. However, I would not recommend buying candy from this place. I bought three bags and they were all filled to the top. However when I was dumping the bags of candy into the piñata, I noticed that half of the wrappers were filled with air with no candy inside, so it was definitely a waste of money in my opinion which is very disappointing. Just went to find a Piñata for my son's birthday. There is so many to choose from. They have a large variety to fit your budget and I feel so good spending locally. The Lady working was very helpful! They have many other party supplies and the variety of handmade piñatas was awesome. They even had F.N.A.F., Fortnite, Disney, etc. The cost was much cheaper than I found at PartyCity for the size. They also carry party supplies (character cups, plates, table decor, etc) and Mexican candy. I think they do custom orders too, if you have something specific in mind. The worst piñata I have ever ordered. I have been buying piñatas for the past 20 years from many local places and have never had such poor quality. I paid $59 for a "posada" piñata and it broke entirely after only 2 children hit it. The piñata was for my daughters birthday party, she was the first to hit it and it broke in half. Second child to hit it broke it entirely. Mind you this was a 6 year old child. This left a line of 19 other children that didn't get a turn because of the poor quality. It was embarrassing!! I picked up a cone from the left over pieces and it barely had any newspaper to make it firm. Newspaper is incredibly cheap if not free to obtain. The reality is this was poorly made. $59 for something to last 5 seconds is absolutely disgraceful. I am well aware a piñata is meant to be broken, but after 5 second is absolutely unacceptable.
