Quite possibly the worst pizza I've had in my entire life...imagine something you might buy from a convenience store. They only had cheese pizza and were out of all toppings. The pizza I got was burned on the edges. I ordered on the application that you get by scanning the QR code and it tells you that it will automatically add the tip. Be aware that if you add a tip to your bill the website will add a tip again. Order with one of the servers if they listen to you because they also ignore you. We had to call the server about 3 times to ask for a refill on a drink. There are several restaurants there you may as well try a different one. read more

Burnt pizza, expensive wine, and attitude. Waiting on line for pizza and smelling burnt pizza, but when Nicolas called over to the line and said no waiting at the bar for the same pizza I quickly jumped in a seat. Problem is the pizza was still burnt. And smelled burnt. A good glass of house wine ($14) made it a little better but not much. Wanted more food. Two small slices weren't a meal. When asked if I wanted more, I said I did, but the pizza was burnt. The response was, buy another slice, maybe it won't be burnt. When I said no, it wasn't worth buying another slice that might be burnt, the response was-then how about another glass of wine. OK, it's an airport. And the marketing was good. And it was a place to sit, plug in my phone and take a minute to be badgered to buy more. Although for what it does well it should be called sit express. read more

Oh how I wanted to give this place a 5 star rating but...... Ever since they changed the pizza it hasn't been the same. It used to be a biiiig round pizza with a great crispy crust. Now it's a flatbread style pizza, although it's still big and filling, the crust is not the same. Next door they do have a wine bar so enough of those and the pizza will be a five star. read more

A quick stop for a vegetarian pizza and a meat lovers pizza. We were helped fairly quick and helped immediately for pizza slices at this airport location. Offerings were New York style. Nice thin crust and amount of greasy. Each of the slices were not the same. Nothing to do with being meat or vegetable sauce was slightly different. Flavored mostly. The level of crust was consistent with New York style. Service was fast. Didn't take longer than five minutes to run in and out. We were able to catch our flight. read more

We had a very short layover at JFK and this place was right next to our gate. We grabbed 2 pizzas to go and took them on the plane. I would not recommend the margarita pizza....but the meat pizza was pretty tasty. read more

I expect more efficient service at an airport. I realize it's Christmas eve but I was the only person on line and the cashier decided to disappear. Waited 10+ min to pay $17 for a personal pizza and water (water was the large size but still). Dough is super thin, everytime I tried to bite into it all my toppings fell off. The pepperoni was good but i don't credit Pizzavino. Walk ahead a bit and goto shake shack (not as good as nyc but still better than this) - if you have time that is (lines take forever) else there's a sandwich shop by the buffalo wings placs thats decent. read more

The service was bad, but the pizza is gross at best. Also, I really hope you recycling the massive amount of cardboard pizza boxes. The cashiers service was absent at best, and I would have had better service just entering my order in myself. There are a few better places further down, so don't be fooled by the look of this place. I understand she was cooking fresh pizzas to order but instead of make mine fresh after waiting so long she used a prepared pizza. my pizza and salad were not great. My pizza was one that had been prepared and the middle was super soft and mushy. It looked like it had been sitting there for hours but I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and try and eat it anyway. It wasn't good. I tried doctoring it up with garlic and cheese but the cheese was out so I had to go up and ask for more. The same lady working the counter said to me, "are you sure all of them are out?" I responded with the two I checked were, the only other one that was left looked out but other people were using it and I didn't want to be ruse and ask them for something they were clearly using. As far as my salad a lot of the lettuce pieces were very wilted.
