After a long walk up and down those hills, I needed a thick and heavy lunch to fuel this body into walking back up the hill again- pizza was the answer. We split a Pizziola and the Carbonara and were in complete glutton heaven. They've been around since 1982 and I can tell why. The food is simply amazing. It's small and quaint but gourmet and delicious. I've never thought about ordering corn on my pizza but when I saw it was listed as a specialty item, I knew I had to try it. I happily downed half of a liter of sangria with my order and it was delicious. Very affordable and cooked to order. Don't forget to order the cheese garlic bread because it is divine! The menu comes in Portuguese, Spanish, and English so it's easy to order for tourists in the area. read more
