Great pizzas!!! First time in AMI & we decided to get pizzas one night because as a group of 8 it's sometimes hard to get seating at restaurants. Their pizzas are so good that we've ordered from Pizzano's 2 out of our 5 nights on the island. 10/10 highly recommend. read more

Pizza was like a 4.7 out of ten . Maybe the rest of the menu is great, but the pizza wasn't . It tasted like something you'd get from a national chain nothing terrible, it's still pizza . The experience was almost better than the pizza. We ordered a large regular pizza, and the first question was, "Do you want cheese on it?" That one caught me off guard. Then the bill arrived. A $16 pizza and three drinks somehow turned into $32.50. After pointing it out, they brought us garlic knots we never ordered, which was appreciated... but I was mostly hoping for the receipt to make sense. The place was packed, and they're the only game in town, so business is clearly good. Hopefully the rest of the menu is better than the pizza. read more

On Yelp says open until midnight. At 9:00pm tried to order online. Their website wouldn't accept orders. Called and nobody answered.

The Sicilian pizza is fire. I'd say get the pizza but skip anything else. We got an order of Sicilian pizza, breadsticks, baked chicken Alfredo (cannot pinpoint the issue but it was meh) and baked Ziti (it was loaded with ricotta, and I didn't taste any salt on it). Did not take a second bite of any of those, EXCEPT for the pizza (which I enjoyed so much, I forgot to take a picture). read more

Very disappointed. Their sign and online says open till 1 am. We got here at 12:15 AM, workers were inside and they wouldn't let us order any food read more

We ordered pizza here on a rainy day while staying on the island. The pizza was delicious! You can requested thinner crust pizza by typing it in the notes section. We ordered two of the deluxe supreme and wow! The delivery of the pizza faster than expected, and right to our condo room! read more

Wow. Let's just say that this is in the top three if not, maybe top two best pizzas I have ever had in my whole entire life. The cheese is so delicious. And that can't even put it into words. The delivery person was 45 minutes early. The service was so fantastic. From the very beginning until the end. To me picking up the phone and calling them, to them dropping off the pizza. And let me say again, wow. If I'm in the area again, I am definitely ordering from Pizzano's!!! read more

Pizzano's Pizza - Pizzano's Jumbo Garlic Knots - Pizza Near Me - Holmes Beach, Florida

Friendly, small place in a strip mall. Very loud, but like I said it's a small place. Pizza was really good. Garlic knots came with a giant side of marinara. We also ordered chicken alfredo, it was the least favorite. I wouldn't order it again. Definitely stick with the pizza though, so good! The only thing that would have pushed the pizza to top tier, is a fountain coke to go with it. read more

Consistently great food! My BF has Celiac and this is his favorite spot for pizza. We drive about an hour each way every time we come out to Anna Maria and it's so worth it! They actually have two sizes of their GF pizzas, a 10" and 14", which is very rare. It's a little expensive but definitely worth having a bigger GF pizza. The service is always great. Very friendly and welcoming. Ambiance is that of your local pizzeria. Always people coming in and out, they stay busy. Definitely a must visit when coming to Anna Maria. read more

Pizzano's Pizza - Gluten Free 1/2 cheese and 1/2 bacon, pineapple, black olives with garlic olive oil base (no red sauce). - Pizza Near Me - Holmes Beach, Florida

Hands down the best pizza we've had in AMI! But the show stopper...The Chicken Alfredo! It was so delicious! We ordered here several times during our stay and it was fabulous! read more

Only for pizza in a pinch. Got into town late, it was just something to eat, would not recommend to a true pizza lover.

Ordered Pizzano's for our first night on the island. Placed an online order and the food was almost ready when we got there. It is a smaller restaurant with picnic table seating, but we got our pizzas to go. The pizza was really good. We ordered online and were surprised to find that the chicken bacon ranch had marinara sauce as we thought it would have a white base. The pizza was still good, but we would have preferred a ranch or Alfredo base. Great pizza that we would highly recommend if you are staying on the island after read more

Called as we were checking in on a busy Saturday. Staff was friendly and although quoted a long wait time, our order was ready sooner than expected. Breadsticks were really good but pizza was just ok. read more

This restaurant is located in a strip mall near a busy intersection on Holmes Beach. We ordered a large pizza for dinner and had it delivered to our door. We considered eating inside but decided it was too crowded and noisy. We got a regular crust, large pizza ($16) 1/2 veggie and 1/2 sausage, green pepper and onions. Delivery was $7 so with tax and tip it came to $30. It's hard to rate pizza because everyone's taste is different but overall I would rate their pizza good, but not great. The crust was OK, the sauce and cheese were fine but toppings were chopped very small and I prefer my toppings in larger pieces, but that's me. The pizza was delivered at the time we requested. Besides pizza, their menu offers a wide variety of pasta dishes, salads and grinders so it's more than just a pizza place. I may try one of their other offerings but I wouldn't order another pizza. They offer eat in, take out and delivery. read more

We ordered via Insta cart. We ordered... Garlic knots..huge but very doughy and not a lot of taste to them. Mild wings...they were a little spicier but it was good. Garlic parm wings..these weer very good Margarita pizza ...it seems like the margarita part was in the middle of the pizza and not throughout, which made the pizza heavy towards the front. It did taste fresh and was good but would have liked it spread out. We did receive a tub of marinara for the Garlic knots. The wings came with spicy bread, everyone seemed to have liked it. Overall it was good. read more

Excellent pizza! My husband was still a bit hungry after his dinner on 7/7 so I surprised him with a pizza! I got pepperoni, Italian sausage, green pepper, onions, black olives, and mushrooms! Our driver (I believe his name is Web) was on point and 30 minutes ahead of schedule! Great service. Great pizza. We have tons of leftovers. With delivery fee and tip it was roughly $40. Not bad for island prices. read more

Good food anf not insanely expensive. Service was quick even while they were extremely busy. Definitely recommend.

Ordered the 2 medium, 3 toppings deal late Saturday night. Delivery took awhile, which was communicated thru the ordering process, but that was fine with me, especially because it was late in the evening. Anyway, the pizzas arrived fresh and hot, and they were quite good. The pizza I got was like a pan pizza. Good crust, good cheese and sauce, quite tasty. Was this the best pizza I've ever had in my life? No. Is it a solid, really good delivery pizza? Yes. I definitely recommend to anyone questioning. read more

We go to AMI every year and this is the first time we've tried Pizzanos. It's one of the only places that is open late and that comes in handy! We ended up ordered a few pies and some of their garlic knots. We took it to go but picked it up so we got to see the inside. Very small spot with a few tables. They share it with the spot next door but with 4-6 tables inside and a couple more outside there's room to eat inside if you want to. We walked up and they told us it would be just a few more minutes and they said we could just take a seat and wait. We looked around for a minute and saw some unique chips, a TON of different sodas and the window full of garlic knots, that looked AMAZING! Took the food back to the house. We got a cheese pie, pepperoni Detroit pie and a chicken cordon bleu pie on top of the knots. The garlic knots were pretty disappointing. In a picture, they look UNREAL. But they just didn't have any flavor to them. I expected to be blown away, but wouldn't order them again. The cheese pie was solid. Nothing that would knock you off your feet, but overall, the kids were happy with it. The chicken cordon bleu pie was another pie that wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. Ingredients spread out well on the pie and the unique flavor was there, but overall too much honey mustard. The Detroit style pie was the best pie by far. Crispy salty pepperonis, sauce was perfect, crispy crust and square cut. I would get this one again for sure. There are a few other spots on the island i need to try, but i wouldn't mind grabbing Pizzanos again if it was late. read more

Went on a cold night for Pizza to go. Ordered and payment on line went well, pizza ready when we arrived for pickup. Ordered the "Deluxe" Medium at around $17, requested extra well/crispy. Pizza looked great upon opening the box, but the underside was soggy, not crispy like the top...kind of unexpected. Had a small side salad which was ok with a house dressing. Large indoor seating area, lots of plates and napkins to grab as you exit for take out. read more

For a "beach" Italian restaurant, this place excels - with great service, great food, and decent prices (it IS the beach, after all). My favorite: the WINGS and their wonderful GREEK SALAD (yummy dressing). The pizza is super as well but I just like wings more. Their website says OPEN SUNDAY but they (said the guy I spoke with on Saturday before) were closed on SUPERBOWL SUNDAY! Ack! Missing mucho dinero in income, I figure. Nonetheless, save a trip elsewhere if you are feeding a crowd, or just two slightly sunburnt adults. Much better than the other pizza/sub place around the corner. ($$$). My proof: This is the THIRD VISIT IN THREE WEEKS. Yum! FINAL NOTE: call in 3-4 hours early on Saturday if you want to pick up a dinner order. Sometimes, if you're lucky and a semi-regular, "Mom" may slip you a few pieces of their FAB garlic knots. Bonus! read more

Fantastic! Service was friendly...I ordered pizza for a party of 12 for pick up over the phone, and they were spot on in telling me I was going to take a little longer since they were busy and I had a large order...then they called when the order was ready ahead of the discussed time. The pizza was a big hit with my family...GF options were great...also white pizza, meal lovers, deluxe, and reg cheese. I highly recommend this place!! read more

The deep dish hit the spot after running around all day! We ordered online and it was pretty fast and easy.

The pizza is genuine NYC PIZZA with specialties of Detroit style pizzas and a variety of others. Going to NYC a few times a year this pizza tracks well with the style pizza you'd get there it's a blend of the beach and NYC. The service is top tier with the crew members remembering your name while you're in their restaurant not just associating a dollar sign with your name which is nice in this day and age! Would highly recommend for friends and family! read more

The pizza and wings were very good. When we arrived we were advised there was an hour wait, but the waitress said we could have premade slices and wings immediately. That was what we did. Very good and we didn't have to wait an hour. Call ahead or order on line. Place is very busy. read more

First, great tasting pizza! We went for the Detroit and a margherita pizzas. Both were excellent and good sized for the price. Sauce was a good, slightly sweet (we like), good crust and ingredients. This place is very convenient in that it stays open late. Very expansive menu--should have something for everyone in your party. The good: The cinnamon bread is AMAZING!! Everyone in our party fought for the last piece LOL The mid: The pizza for us was just okay. It may just be a matter of preference but the dough almost felt underdone. The underwhelming: The garlic knots looked SO yummy but fell flat for us. Again, a bit underdone and lacking flavor. read more

Great variety of pizza! The crust was crispy, and the toppings were not too much and not too little made for a great meal.

I went in today and got a slice. The counter person was nice and the slices in the display cabinet looked good. After I paid, the slice was delivered to me at the outside table I where I was sitting. The toppings were dark brown and the crust was charred. The server did not ask if it was ok or check back with me. I should have gone back inside to complain, but i was starving so ate one of the slices. I brought the other home for husband as he will eat all most anything. I do have a photo, but not sure how to post. I will not be back read more

It was our first night on the island and we made a pick up order for one of their pizzas. It was fast and the pizza was pretty decent. We ordered a Hawaiian and it came with pepperoni instead of Canadian bacon. It was still good, but they should tell people that they make their Hawaiian differently. If I could give them a 3.7/5 I would. read more
