I used to live in Westport and I couldn't wait to have their pizza and Stromboli! I've been gone over 20 years! It tasted just as I remembered it!DELICIOUS!!! The difference is definitely in their sauce. I don't know what they do but it is definitely a step above any other pizza sauce I've ever had! Steak Stromboli... Pizza sauce and mushrooms! It is so good! So glad we got to stop in and enjoy one of our old favorites. It's so much larger inside now. They bought the area next to it and opened it up to a big dining area. The food was mediocre at best, overpriced and had add-ins we didn't ask, nor pay for, but regardless, it was overruled by the terrible workers in the back. Our entire visit, the workers were screaming a yelling and at one point, came running out into the dining area screaming. I have videos, but Yelp won't let me upload those. This is one of the few restaurants in Westport. But don't let that deter you. The food is quite good (get the breadsticks), the portions large, and the prices very reasonable. The downstairs seating area is pretty small and there's a lot of foot traffic to the counter (I guess they do a lot of takeout/delivery). If you go upstairs, there is a lot more seating and it's quiet. read more

My first ever trip to pizzalicious. I was so excited when I heard they had a cauliflower crust! I've missed out on going out with family to local pizza places for so long and now I don't have to. I can not even tell you how excited I am! We decided to order two and share. They were nice enough to accommodate my order even though they don't typically do the specialty pizzas on the cauliflower crusts. We ordered the supreme & chicken ranch. They were out really quickly I was surprised at how fast. They were both so good I'm not even surre which was my favorite. I can't waIt to go back again. read more

I ordered a medium double pepperoni pizza and an order of breadsticks with nacho cheese sauce. Everything was absolutely great. I've been eating chain restaurant pizza for so long I forgot how good a mom and pop style home made pizza could be. The one thing that stuck out to me more than anything was the sauce. It was great, and they actually put enough on it unlike most places. The crust was perfectly cooked and had a great flavor as well. Another thing that stands out on the double pepperoni... Is the crunchy pepperoni on top. I can't remember the last time I had a crunchy pepperoni! It was great. The interior and the service was great as well. Can't wait to go back. read more

I attempted to pay cash but was informed that "We can't break a bill that big" (I tried to pay with a $100.) The pizza is decent for what it is. A very small town pizza joint. Is step up from the chains like papa johns or domino's but what it really holding back the quality is how it's baked and that directly effects the quality of the crust. They use a chain drive conveyor oven rather than a true pizza oven. This made the crust chewy rather than crisp on the bottom. This was I believed their hand tossed crust as recommended as their best seller. I probably should have tried the thin crust. read more

Having great tasting pizza will only get you so far, your customer service has to match the great taste. We had a great visit this evening, however, we had a large order and the cashier messed the order up. When the manager came out to confirm the order with us, we confirmed what the order was supposed to be and the manager seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by this. Two things: 1) don't ever get annoyed with your customer for an order being wrong- hire better employees. 2) as a manager, be apologetic when its obviously necessary. Overall, the food was great and we had a great time. However, remember that the "Guest Experience" trumps everything - as this dictates your future business and continued revenue. read more

5 years ago, I made a point to go back to Pizzalicious because I loved their food so much! Wings, breadsticks, pizza, stromboli...all of it. We were in town and returned this past weekend and the food and service have both gone into the dumps! The breadsticks were chewy and dry, we ordered extra sauce on our pizza and it was basically dry, and they messed up our order and charged us for an extra order of breadsticks! Not to mention all the new ways of "nickle and diming" their customers. What used to be my favorite pizza place in the entire state has now gone straight to the bottom of the list! The leftovers are going to the dogs. I would NOT recommend. read more
