This review is for the Glen Lake location, for some reason it does not exist. Personally, I have never had a better Hawaiian pizza. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the dough, sauce, and toppings. I have was very sceptical to try the tropical Hawaiian pizza (Adds on peaches) but to my dismay it was still delectable. I also by fluke have ran into the owner before at my work place, and I asked him what he does to make the pizza so delicious. He told me "quality ingredients, fresh pineapples, and fresh ham. Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 15:40, was informed the driver didn't start til 16:00.. Thats fine by me, the location is only 5 minutes away and it's early in the day shouldn't be too busy, 30-40 minutes should be reasonable. 16:58 pizzas arrived. One box is soggy and cool the other warm. Open them and the toppings aren't what I ordered. And one of them I can plainly see that toppings were added after baking and cold, the other one all the toppings were baked in and warm (not hot, but at least warm) Yes they offered to remake them, or credit me for my next order but I likely won't be ordering from there again read more

If you're looking for a quick bite this was good. We didn't want to pay for another expensive meal @ the resort so this was an option (maybe only) we decided on. This was in Sooke on Vancouver Island, BC, and our resort was only a few minutes down the road. The pizza shop is upstairs, and had a lot of items and pizza combos to choose from. We opted for a meat combo which is our usual at any pizza establishment, and sweet chili wings. Our wait time was roughly 15 mins and, not too bad of a wait. The interior didn't resemble a pizza shop. It was only a pickup and go kind of joint. There's a slim staircase that lead to another upstairs floor for I assume managers office. The pizza was OK. It's definitely not what we're used to. All the meats were layered on top of each other to resemble a lasagna. I couldn't taste the pepperoni, couldn't taste the salami. If you've had salami you know it has a tang to it, and it actually looked like thinly slice bologna. There were a few crumbles of beef, and only sliced sausage around the perimeter of the pizza. Which was odd. I thought it'd be scattered throughout. Strangely enough the cheese had solidified when we got back to our room, which was only minutes away. The pizza sauce was decent. The pizza was ordered with extra toppings and extra money was spent for the extra toppings and nothing was added but the company was okay taking extra money for a VERY over priced pizza. Due to no response or resolution I will not longer buy pizza from this company. I would say buyer be ware as the consistency is not there and no one takes ownership for mistakes. read more

Really happy with my experience. I'm from out of town and was too tired to eat out and I wanted something delivered. I couldn't find an online menu but the guy on the phone was super friendly and patient when giving me menu information on the phone. Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, which was delicious. Mediocre pizza in a box that has "the best" printed inside the lid. If you are starving and too tired to cook then this is the place.

Below Average at best. The pizza itself leaves little to be desired. The customer service however is where these guys really fail. Ordered pizza was told it would be 20-25 mns. No big deal. When my order was just about ready I was told they were going to have to remake it. Now we are at over an hour waiting and when I asked to be compensated I was told there was nothing that can be done. After arguing a little more I was told "you can take a free pop." I found this very insulting and said as much. The manager (if he can be classified as such) decided after I told him that I would never order from there again to give me a whopping $5 off my order. 5 bucks off for their mistake after having to argue for it was hardly worth my trouble. Just visiting town and this was really the only viable option without driving 20km each way. Kind of hesitant based on the reviews but it was one of the better pizzas I've had for sure. We ordered the meat lovers and hot & sweet. The meat was layered 3 slices thick, coated in cheese and topped with Italian sausage on the meat lovers. Meat lovers pizza was a joke (hardly any meat on it). I paid for thin crust on two different pizzas and was only given thin crust on one of them. Fairly expensive $35 for a small hawaiian pizza and a medium meat lovers. Can not eat in this restaurant. read more

After my previous disaster with Sooke 2 for 1 with them overcharging us $10, we switched to Pizzability. The pizza is great and the delivery people are nice and cheerful. They never screw up our order and we get great pizza every time. You have to wait 30-45 minutes (sometimes less), but it's worth it. read more

Well I have ordered many times and it is usually pretty good. However the last 3 times I have had one problem after another. First the price went up an additional $5 . Even the guy who answered said the prices were ridiculous.Then instead of dropping my order off first ( I literally live down the street ) the delivery dude decided to go to his delivery in Langford first. So my pizza was AN HOUR LATE. ( So in total I waited 2 hours since I called it in ) And obviously the pizza was not very hot to say the least. There was no apology or any mention of the fact he was late. I know he went to Langford first because I called and asked where the pizza was. Next, I have noticed that the pizza seems to have gotten smaller. The box for a large now looks like a medium and it looks like it was literally thrown together. I hate to say it but it is not worth the money. I have called many times and the service and pizza just seems to keep going downhill. read more
