Ok Walked in the door and as soon as I paid I asked if I could have mac and cheese pizza nope only on Tuesdays already red flag then went to go get soda, No Rootbeer ok maybe it'll get better went to look at pizza choices all of them had olives except 1 which was Tex Mex then later came out some good choices but is was one half was one pizza other half was diffrent so it went away quick then I got a plate full of food AND FOUND A HAIR!!!! Loss my apatite and went to leave and saw a kid sneezing to the point of snot coming out his nose going to serve him self infecting everywhere. Will not go back read more

I come here all the time, it's me and my families favorite restaurant. The food is always hot and fresh. There is something for everyone to eat like pizza, salad, chicken, Mac and cheese, breadsticks, deserts, and much more. This place has gotten to be way over priced. Last night we ordered an eight piece chicken with family size coleslaw and they gave us two orders of potato wedges, we only wanted one. $52.03. I thought that was outrageous. The chicken was overcooked and dry. We won't be going back. read more

I used to come to the Waseca Pizza Ranch weekly. Since it has been under new owners the restaurant has steadily gone down hill. The last time I went, I don't eat any pizza or chicken. It was the same food when we walked in as when we left. It all clearly was old, stale, embarrassing. We did request one original crust pizza and they put out the request in a thin crust (really do not care for thin crust). When we asked the manager he LIED, saying they don't have original crust of the request. We've been going less and less because of the way the food has degraded. This is the straw that broke the back. Three adult meals worth of money wasted. Save your money and time, go somewhere else that cares. This place sucks and is boycotted I hope to spare you. read more

Nice pizza buffet restaurant where you get unlimited good pizza, salad and other dishes for a very reasonable price. We went for a family event and were able to rent out a private room. The service was good. Only big issue is it was very warm with little to no air flow. That said, I can see why this place is popular. read more

I went into pizza ranch last night the lady working watched us walk in didn't help us. Two workers in the back looked at us didn't help at all they were to busy one there cell phones. We stood there for 10 mins waiting for someone to come help no one did so we left. It was the worse customers service I've ever experienced. I will never go back there again I'd rather drive to Mankato then go back there. read more

It is ok. The pizza is not very good, the chicken is always overcooked, but, the mashed potatoes and gravy are soooo good! I do like the buffalo chicken pizza, but any with the regular sauce are not that good, the sauce is too tomato-y and very bland. They seem to always be friendly when you go there as well. read more

Amazing chicken and broasted potatos! Nice selection for their salad bar. Pizza is just ok except for their super delicious BLT and taco.

I called an hour ahead of when I wanted to pick up my pizza pack, it was ready, on time and delicious!
