Went to a lunch buffet, they don't make enough chicken, it was always empty and you could tell they were holding back on keeping it full.

Pretty good pizza. The fried chicken was even better. I ate plenty of fried chicken. Their homemade potato chips are good. The staff was friendly and attentive. Selection of pizza was fine. They had a pizza I wanted but it wasn't as hot as I wanted. I asked if they would microwave a couple of slices (no high standards for pizza). . Anyway, they were very cordial and made me a fresh pizza with the toppings I wanted. Good people. Tha cervice at this place was vary sub par. The pitzas were all cold and their wasnt ever dassert pitza on the buffet. I had to wait 3 hrs to get 1 slice of dassert pitza after a hole birthday party of fat kidz tooke the rest. I will never return to this estabilishmenf again. Wurst experients ever read more

We're passing through and out of the restaurant options we chose Pizza Ranch Fergus Falls based on others we have stopped at throughout the state of Minnesota . Clean restaurant and bathrooms, rotating pizzas regularly were the highlights. Clean and freshly stocked beautiful chicken and salad bars, as well. Just so you know the options at the salad bar are minimal comparedly. No soups, beets, bacon and a few other items one would find at other PR. However, they had a lovely spinach , cranberry, feta, purple onion salad and chips &salsa for a taco salad.No coffee/ tea. Come and enjoy !! read more

Well, I'll be darned, it's time for another Pizza Ranch and another review by your deranged host, me, Mr. Mark D Ranchypants! For the next half minute, let's take a trip down Ranching Lane! If you('re mentally ill and) have been to other Pizza Ranch locations and yet can never seem to get enough, like me, this one's a bit different. It's smaller, for one. For another, they don't have i.c.e. c.r.e.a.m., so try to distract your kids (and me) from that fact! Otherwise, it's pretty much the usual pizza ranching buffet, and it was well stocked when we went on a Sunday afternoon. Differences aside, it's a great place. I've never had such an attentive and talkative server before and the cashier was also very friendly. So, if you're in Fergus Falls or just stopping off the stupid Interstate, go to Pizza Ranch! Buffet wasnt open which was understandable but then asked if we could order a pizza and sit down they said no we cant eat there. 3pm on a Sunday ur doors are unlocked and ur not gonna serve us pizza? We are visiting Fergus Falls for 9 day, and we tried Pizza Ranch last night. We got there a bit before 7 p.m. (they close at 8:00). The blonde woman who took our payment was surly. Not a single employee ever spoke to us other than that. The pizza was mediocre because they didn't bring out any fresh baked during out time there--they were closing at 8, after all. The salad bar was not large but it was very good and fresh. The fried chicken was fair--crunchy but a bit too greasy. Since it was closing at eight, they never brought out any more gravy for the mashed potatoes. They would want to serve fresh food to every patron, regardless of time. Are people in rural MN just stoic and unfriendly? that is largely our experience so far. read more

Called at 620pm today they said they had to fill the orders they had and to call back in 20 minutes. So I did and they said they turned everything off and was closed. Not the first time they have done this either. Store hours say until 9pm and wasn't even 7pm. Poor management. read more

Absolutely, 100% ridiculous. The ONLY person on the staff who was helpful at all was the gentleman clearing our plates. All the rest were behind on getting pizzas and chicken cooked to the point where the pizza table was down to ONE pizza for over ten minutes. The dessert pizza shelf was empty for nearly an hour. And the same with the chicken. This is unacceptable by ANY standards. It should never get THAT low on the buffet. read more

Lots of self serve food (buffet), low-moderate cost, low service. Second time I've been to a Pizza Ranch- both times on my way out I vowed never to set foot inside another. Next time it comes up as an option I'll pass. read more

If you're into pizza buffets with 5" sneeze guards, staff that resembles the first half of an episode of intervention and food that (besides the pizza) came from a can, head on in to Pizza Ranch. It's an open buffet so if you're into the idea of drowning in microwaved cheese grease and leftover Lunchable crackers pizza crust you can really have a good time here. There is a salad bar for the more conscious eaters but it's mostly just iceberg lettuce and leftover taco ingredients. It's only ten bucks for all this magic so I shouldn't complain about quality but if you can pick any of the other 2 restaurants in Fergus Falls I would just go there instead. read more

Not a good idea to piss customers off right off the bat by telling them your pop machine is broken so they have to pay full price for the buffet, which includes drink, plus full price for bottled pop. This is a buffet that appears to be run by high school drop outs. It is filled randomly rather than based on what they've actually run out of. We go to this Pizza Ranch quite often and want to commend you on such delicious food....but we also want to say that a highlight of our time there is your friendly staff. We think you have a "gem" by the name of Lucy. Lucy is so efficient, taking time to see that every table is cleaned off and washed off for the next customers. She always has a smile on her face. She says she is retiring in summer and we and many others will miss her? Look forward to our next visit. read more

It's an all around great place to eat. It's quick, the food is great, you can request any pizza you want and have it delivered to your table, and there is something there for the whole family. There is always a different featured salad and pizza to try. The staff is very attentive as well. read more

I went to Pizza Ranch for the first time tonight. Tuesdays offer a "kids eat free" option, and the buffet also includes drinks. So the price is right! The food was tasty, fresh, and offered a good selection. Chicken, pizza, and salad. However, I would probably review this higher, and I am not sure if this is a common occurrence, but our food had a lot of hair in it. My pizza had a hair in it, and my daughters mashed potatoes and pizza had hair in it. The manager was very nice and got rid of the offending food. Hopefully the long-haired blond puts his/her hair up next time! read more

My wife and I travel the United States. We've ate at a lot of different buffets, and restaurants on our travels. We have never found a buffet as good as this. The customer service is outstanding and the food is equally as good. The music playing in the dining room was positive and uplifting. We wish there was a Pizza Ranch everywhere we visit. The Price is Right, so check out the Pizza Ranch for sure if you ever come upon one, especially Fergus Falls Minnesota. read more
