They've screwed up my orders, overcharged me, and can be very rude to customers. I remained a customer until I found a DEAD FLY in my salad. When I returned with the fly in my salad, they didn't even say sorry. They didn't offer a fresh salad, even when I returned to speak with a manager. They just put it in the trash and walked away. Even for fast-food, this is just totally inexcusable. When I'm craving pizza while staying at our lake house in Fergus Falls, I gladly take my business elsewhere. Disgusting.

It kept running into errors until at 12:25am it told me they were no longer accepting online orders, only phone orders. Frustrated now, I call the store & they kept picking up & hanging up the phone. By now, I was VERY upset & kept calling back & every time I called, they picked up the phone & hung it right back up. A couple of times they just put me back on hold for a bit, twice they picked up the phone & set it down for a bit before hanging up. I kept asking "Hello" I could hear talking. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. I've been a loyal big spending customer for decades. I spend over $50+ every order, that's over now. Congrats.
