When I went in to pick up my order, there were two girls behind the counter, the one who took my order and another. These girls were both so friendly, big smiles, and they made me feel like a regular customer. We ordered a steak hoagie, a steak sub, and a ham sub. Our subs were delicious. I'm really looking forward to trying more items on their very big menu. There's so many items, so many choices. We're only a 30min drive so it will be soon. I highly recommend this establishment. We ordered two medium (12", six slice) specialty pizzas: the Bianca and the Cusimano with Cathy's Sweet red sauce. Both pizzas were fantastic! The toppings were plentiful and the crust was very much a Buffalo-style with it being more on the doughy side but not overly thick and cooked to give a nice chew and a crispy edge. I totally recommend ordering the Cusimano specialty pizza with the sweet sauce though, as the savory toppings go in perfect harmony with the sweet-style sauce. The ricotta cheese on both pizzas puts a creaminess into each bite. The Bianca specialty was excellent and came across light, a pizza that doesn't sit too heavy in your stomach. The size of each pizza was perfect as we were able to eat as much as we could but still had leftovers. The price was very reasonable as well. At this point, Cusimano's has secured itself as the best pizza place in Medina, in my opinion. I would not and will not hesitate to come back here again! :)
