When we arrived, a gentleman (I think he's the owner) let us know they were booked up and it would be an hour until we could get a table. He gave us some suggestions of other local spots to try. While we were outside considering our options, he came out and told us he'd risk it and that we could have a table. We were so grateful and excited about our meal. We had the appetizer special to start - toasted Brie with fig and apricot jam, pistachios and crusty bread. It was amazing! Our host was beyond attentive and we felt like the guests of honor. Our entire family agreed this was our favorite meal of our entire trip. Not only was the food phenomenal, but the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere of the restaurant made it feel like we were invited into someone's home. Our meal included the braised lamb shank with cannellini beans, the spaghetti carbonara, the seafood linguini, the chicken and bacon al forno, the pappardelle bistecca, and the Villa Vinci dirty pizza. Everyone took bites of everyone else's food because it was all delicious and amazing. For dessert, we shared the tiramisu, the panna cotta, the creme brûlée, and the lemon cake. There are excellent offers there like buy one get one frees on Tuesdays, two 16 inch pizzas for £19.50 ( which is a lot of eating!) and a 16 inch pizza and garlic bread pizza. They also deliver to a really large radius which is surprising, as they will deliver up too about ten miles out, although the price does rise according to distance!

I had intended just ordering a couple of portions of fish & chips here because I'd been a few times and they do do this food very well indeed. They use cod and Maris Piper potatoes so with ingredients this good it's hard to go too far wrong but there are places that manage to go wrong. Then as I looked at the menu I decided on one portion of fish & chips and a pizza. The reason was that it had dawned on me as I stood reading the menu that this was the guy who made pizzas in Fusion, a great restaurant which is just across the street from here. Fusion does great food and I began to recall the previous owner Mark praising this guys pizzas to me a few times. Having experienced bad pizzas before not least the overpriced and grim Dominos and Pizza Hut I tended to stop listening when people told me that pizzas somewhere around are great. So I abandoned one of the two fish & chip portions and instead I had a goat's cheese with chilli jam & basil. I was tempted by the fish offering but once I saw no anchovy I abandoned the thought. I tried the 9 inch size at just under £6 and it was a real taste sensation. I'd made the right choice. Now that I know it's so very good for pizza it'll be the 12 inch next time and I'll experiment with some other offerings.

This is the perfect late night snack food and the prices are unbeatable. We ordered garlic cheese bread with red sauce which I thought would be like it is in the USA however it was a personal cheese pizza. The pizza itself was so hot, gooey, garlicky, and delicious. It was 4 euros which I think is a fantastic price for the size and quality. The staff was very friendly and got the huge crowd food faster than most pizza places. This is the best pizza place and late night after drinking snack to fill your belly. I recommend everybody to go here.
