The situation was handled very poorly by staff -- one of the waitresses was rude to the students, and the whole interaction made everyone nearby uncomfortable. I had shared this same experience in a Google Maps review, but it was later removed after a defamation complaint -- even though my account was completely honest and based on what I personally witnessed.
