    Loaded Baked Potato Pizza
    Lizz F.

I've had taco pizza cravings since discovering taco pizza! Who knew that was a thing?! I don't usually eat much, but I had a lot of pizza when I was here. I tried a slice of thin crust pepperoni, hand-tossed pepperoni, two slices of loaded baked potato, a slice of taco, a half dozen pieces of cheesy bread, and half a slice of cookie dough. Speaking of cookie dough pizza... YUM. Service is very on top of things. Dirty dishes disappear quickly, and your cup never goes empty, though if it does, or if you have kids that want a combination of sodas, you have access to the drink machine. Additionally, if there's a pizza you want them to make, whether it's something you've dreamed up or one with standard toppings, all you have to do is ask! There's a game room, though we didn't venture that far. This place is great for groups and great for kids.

Staying in the area and decided to give this place a chance since I never had it before. It ended up being a bad idea. Unfortunately Dominos or Pizza Hut probably would have been better. My wife and I were both disappointed and agreed that it tasted like they bought frozen pizza from the grocery store and just put it in the oven. We tried two different pizzas; pepperoni with extra cheese and a ham and bacon. I didn't see or taste any bacon on mine but was too annoyed to go back. Which reminds me of other errors with this place. I ordered for pickup online but then i get an email saying to call them. When I did they explained that it meant I just had to pay when I got there. But while on the phone, she said they were making it now which I selected their option for a pickup an hour later. Thankfully we caught that or my pizzas would have sat there for an hour. If I ever staying somewhere and I see this place, I'm avoiding it.

Love the live music!! Great job guys!!

Needs renovations. Staff was nice. Food is just a run of the mill pizza buffet with so-so quality. Expensive for what it is.

Pizza is mediocre. Limited salad bar but items fresh and plentiful. Friendly staff. Drinks kept filled. Can be a little loud when busy.

Nice staff, but the buffet food is relatively bland. The salad bar would be the only exception. The salad bar ingredients were fresh.

The food is…read moreamazing prepared, the service makes you feel like family, and the place is so clean, that you can her own mother rushing you to clean the house before company gets there. I ordered the baked spaghetti, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The kind of dish that makes you pause halfway through the first bite and think, "Yep...this was the perfect choice." It tasted completely house-made, rich, comforting, and clearly prepared with the kind of love that usually comes from a kitchen where someone is yelling in Italian. The sauce, the pasta, the baked goodness on top--everything just worked. The wine list was also a pleasant surprise: great selection and very affordable. Nothing makes pasta happier than a good glass of wine that doesn't make your wallet cry. For dessert I went with the limoncello cake. While it wasn't house-made, it was still delicious--light, citrusy, and the perfect way to finish off a very satisfying meal. Here's the real kicker: the entire meal with wine was about $40 with my drink. In a world where mediocre pasta can somehow cost the same as a cell phone bill, this place delivers incredible value. It's not only the best quality Italian food I've found around here, it's easily one of the best meals I've had for the price. Bottom line: great food, great wine, and a price that doesn't require selling family heirlooms. I'll definitely be back.

I'm leaving this review for awareness…read more Some months ago my mother had an exchange with one of the bartenders (Matt) here that ended with him named calling her a "bitch." Later we were told by an employee that after reviewing footage it "looked like she was being aggressive." As a black woman, hearing that kind of language used to describe my mother raised concerns for me. It's what made me stop by to see the owner. When I tried to discuss it with the owner Ashley, her response to me saying "as a black woman..." was to tell me "don't pull the race card." An employee named Jessica jumped in and said the owner couldn't be prejudiced because she's engaged to a black man (who I found out later is Jessica's son), which to me sounded like "I can't be racist, I have black friends!" completely missing the point. What bothered me most was how unprofessional the entire interaction became. I came in hoping to have a private conversation with the owner, but two employees (Jessica and brother who also works there) began inserting themselves into the discussion. At one point the owner Ashley even put her finger in my face and said "I'm not talking to you right now" while explaining things to my boyfriend instead. THE OWNER. When I asked how the bartender (Matt) calling a customer a "bitch" was handled, I was told it was dealt with "internally," but they refused to explain what that meant. The owner also claimed they have a "zero tolerance policy" for employees and customers cursing at each other, yet the bartender still works there. A write-up and a "don't do it again" isn't zero tolerance. At one point Jessica started to call the police on me during the conversation. For what?? The food might be fine, but professionalism and accountability matter. If the owner of a business handles concerns this way and refuses transparency about employee conduct, that says a lot about the culture of the place. Do with that information what you will before spending your money here. Ashley you suck. Jessica you suck. Edit: Ashley (the owner) has now responded to this review. She is upset that I had a bad experience with her. I initially went up there to see why she felt the need to tell her employee that a black women looked aggressive on camera. That's dangerous and she wouldn't understand because she is not black. I asked to speak with her privately and that didn't happen, she could've took me in her office, like a professional business owner should have done. It escalated because she had 2 employees getting involved when the conversation should have just been between me and her. The situation was not handled "months ago" because my mother never recieved an apology and Matt still works there so her "zero tolerance policy" doesn't exist. She keeps saying "months ago" because she wants us to let it go but I won't. Her response under my review literally means nothing because nothing about how her and her employees handled it was professional. Nor was it to deescalate. If anything, they made the situation worse. In her response below it seems like she's now trying to put on face and now act professional because she's been called out. So, I still believe you shouldn't give Ashley or her business your money because she is unprofessional and lacks accountability.

I ordered the lobster ravioli, which sounded like a life decision I'd brag about later. What arrived was 4 ravioli and 4 small shrimp -- which, in most cultures, is called an appetizer but I might just need to go on a diet. Flavor-wise it was... politely stated..Not bad, just kind of bland. Also the shrimp still had the tails on, so dinner became a part-time job. Nothing says "fine dining" like performing minor seafood surgery in pink sauce while your pasta cools. The wine list was the real plot twist. No rosé. No Sauvignon Blanc. I have never -- and I mean never -- gone to an Italian restaurant and ordered beer out of necessity. Yet here we are. It just didn't feel right. Now, credit where it's due: the garlic bread was actually really good (though I'm pretty sure it didn't grow up in that kitchen), and the limoncello cake -- confirmed not house-made -- was honestly the star of the meal. Service was great, atmosphere was pleasant, and I didn't have a bad time... Three stars: good evening, questionable portion sizing, and a restaurant that accidentally convinced me to drink beer at an Italian restaurant.

The first waitress was attentive and the second waitress was alright. She lost track of us for a moment but, there was another waitress who was able to refill my drink. We got calamari both times and it was delicious. Both times it wasn't greasy and the marinara sauce was good. The first time it we got just the rings and the second time we requested for tentacles also and got them. That's my favorite part is the tentacles. The crunchy texture is great. Wife got one of their Alla Casa with chicken. She loved it the past and the creamy sauce. The chicken was well cooked. One thing she did wish she had was maybe a slice of lemon to add some acidity. I got their pepperoni pizza extra crispy. I've found that is the way to order it if you do not like floppy pizza. Just the right amount of cheese. Could be a little more pepperoni or even the small cup pepperoni would make it nicer. All in all a good place to come for lunch or dinner. I would recommend this place to anyone.

A locally-owned gem with Southern hospitality and delicious Italian food…read more Having been a fan of this restaurant a few years back, I was excited to try it again after recently moving back to the area. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts to visit on a Sunday (they're closed!), I finally made it on a Tuesday evening. I was promptly greeted and seated by the friendly host right as they opened at 5 p.m. Our waitress was welcoming and took our appetizer order right after our drinks. We were debating between the mozzarella sticks and calamari, and she recommended the trio, which included both, plus fried zucchini - a great suggestion! Soon after our appetizer arrived, the owner and chef came to our table to introduce himself and check on our food. It was a nice, personal touch that you don't see very often. While the service was a little on the slower side, it was clear that the small but mighty staff was attentive and making their rounds to all the tables. For our main course, we ordered the chicken parmesan, which was a generous portion, easily shareable for two, and came with a side salad. It was yummy. This restaurant has a certain charm with its combination of Southern hospitality and Italian cuisine. I would recommend it based on my experience. They also have some weekly specials (unsure for how long) : -Wednesday Family Night: Large 3-topping pizza for $11.99 -Thursday Date Night: The $5 corkage fee for BYOB is waived, and they offer a "share a bowl" upgrade for $5.99 (usually $9.99), which gives you two servings of protein instead of one. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I'm happy to recommend.
