My mom loves Pizza Inn and was very disappointed when the one in our hometown closed many years ago. Since then, we make it a point to stop at Pizza Inn if we pass one while traveling because she loves it so much! I have to say this is one of the better locations we've managed to discover. Upon entering, the woman at the counter greeted us with a friendly smile and said we could seat ourselves. Our waitress was nice and kept us refilled on drinks. She checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed but didn't hover or bother us at all. The buffet is self serve! The food itself wasn't bad either! They restocked the buffet very quickly throughout our visit. The price of the adult buffet was $13.99, which I felt was a little high, but not absolutely terrible for a buffet these days. They had a few different pizzas out that they restocked regularly, and I believe you could make requests for specific pizzas to be made-- we didn't try this but I don't think it costs extra. I really enjoyed the cheesy breadsticks and the pasta was good! I will however mention that everything was very salty, including the dessert pizzas. The entire restaurant was very clean! I was even impressed with the cleanliness of the restrooms. They also had an arcade in a small back room that was pretty fun! The machines are a bit old and warn and one of them ate an extra quarter but the whole family had a fun time playing old-school cabinets. Overall, a pretty good experience! It was very.. gross in there. The man working the register was also making food and running around the back so we had to wait. There was 1 dessert pizza and a slice of cheese when we came in. Though, even when the bar was filled there wasn't much options. Seems like the area to cook was twice as big as the entire dining area so you would think there would be more area for actual food. The tables were not set up well and with how limited the seating was, they should make sure that they are at least telling people they might just be standing around holding their food waiting to sit. You are not allowed to get your own drinks so you have to wait for a server to come by and help.. we did not get drinks until we were about to leave. It was quite grungy inside. The staff were very polite but I will not return. Oh and it was pretty expensive for all this. read more

I've had taco pizza cravings since discovering taco pizza! Who knew that was a thing?! I don't usually eat much, but I had a lot of pizza when I was here. I tried a slice of thin crust pepperoni, hand-tossed pepperoni, two slices of loaded baked potato, a slice of taco, a half dozen pieces of cheesy bread, and half a slice of cookie dough. Speaking of cookie dough pizza... YUM. Service is very on top of things. Dirty dishes disappear quickly, and your cup never goes empty, though if it does, or if you have kids that want a combination of sodas, you have access to the drink machine. Additionally, if there's a pizza you want them to make, whether it's something you've dreamed up or one with standard toppings, all you have to do is ask! I was skeptical because frankly Wriggins does not have the best reputation for food, retail, or otherwise. But I was surprised. Although the pricing seems a bit high, the qaulity is pretty good. Topping are generous, crust is tasty, and sauce is more than decent. Service for carry out and ordering was spot on and friendly. Make time was average and not excessive. I'm glad I went and will try again. Although one thing to remember about Wriggins, the cops love to revenue there. And dont bother fighting a ticket in court. This is such a stereotypical southern PD with bubba judges. But that's another story. So run the gauntlet if you dare, just stay off the 49 and go the back way less you get pulled over at random. Staying in the area and decided to give this place a chance since I never had it before. It ended up being a bad idea. Unfortunately Dominos or Pizza Hut probably would have been better. My wife and I were both disappointed and agreed that it tasted like they bought frozen pizza from the grocery store and just put it in the oven. We tried two different pizzas; pepperoni with extra cheese and a ham and bacon. I didn't see or taste any bacon on mine but was too annoyed to go back. Which reminds me of other errors with this place. I ordered for pickup online but then i get an email saying to call them. When I did they explained that it meant I just had to pay when I got there. But while on the phone, she said they were making it now which I selected their option for a pickup an hour later. Thankfully we caught that or my pizzas would have sat there for an hour. If I ever staying somewhere and I see this place, I'm avoiding it. read more

Ahh, good ol' Pizza Inn. What a great restaurant this place is! Their buffet is friggin' awesome. If you don't like the selection of pizzas on the buffet, tell someone who works there what kind of pizza you'd like to have, and like some kind of strange magical pizza genie...POOF! They'll put it on the buffet for you. As far as their dessert pizzas...oh my God! I'd mug a nun for one of their Bavarian Creme or Chocolate Chip pizzas! Mr. Bill "Pizzaman" Prout is the manager of the establishment and a super cool guy. Also, if you're lucky and go in on the right night, there's live entertainment...a group of pickin' and grinnin' elderly southern troubadours who would fit right in on Andy Griffiths front porch in Mayberry! Great service. The staff is so accommodating, and the buffet is pretty much get whatever pizza you like-no questions or issues. The servers make sure you're taken care of, and they do so with a friendly, positive attitude. Literally, the main response I got to any food or drink related question was "absolutely." This is a very unique experience that should not be missed. If you are passing through or staying in Mississippi you should venture north (about 20-30 mins) from Biloxi or Gulfport to check this place out. You will experience the ultimate carb overload for sure and that's ok, just don't eat carbs the day before or the day of if you are conscientious about it like my wife and I. It's well worth the short carb fast. I say this because the Pizza Inn is so accommodating it's insane. You want a loaded baked pizza at the buffet, no problem. You want a cheeseburger pizza (amazing, btw) they will make it. They had several dessert pizza choices which were phenomenal. Bavarian cream pizza and chocolate chip pizza is what we tried. Omg, I wanted two slices of each, they were so good but we refrained. I believe they had at least one more choice if not two on the desserts. They even had live music playing, several men strummin' banjos, guitars and a violin. Really an experience you wouldn't and shouldn't miss. They are a great business and cater to all tastes there, all you have to do is ask them to make a specialty pizza for you and they will get it ready and put it out on the bar for you to try.
