As this is probably my 10th time here she always knows what I drink and what I usually order as well as the amount of extras that I need and could almost feel me out when I feel like having a Tiramisu or not. I've been happy dining room experience well and I cannot even complain about these servers here. Everyone I've also gotten has been courteous so Kudos too the management that has been keeping him on the upkeep on the service side. Dining room area is mostly clean but might be in a ketchup mode when they are busy but that's most places isn't it? The parking lot is ample when they're not busy but during hits it will be a challenge to find parking and it's not very well lit but that's minuscule. If you're staying in one of the five hotels that are around here you cannot miss it it's right there on the corner. If there was anything to be picky and complain about I would say is make sure you lift a few weights or get a strong gentleman to open the door for you because the wind is always blowing against it making you think that they are closed or it's locked or something just pull harder until they handle falls off.

We ended up picking out a piece of strawberry cream cake, and piece of chocolate lasagna, chicken margherita, fried ziti, seafood Alfredo, two ziti take home dinner, along with salad with extra dressing, sweet tea and desert pear limonata for our drinks. One good thing about our order, we ended up getting lunch or dinner for tomorrow out of it. The waitstaff member was very nice when she took my order and was very patient as I ran down my list off the app.

I am fairly picky about my Italian food, but this place hit the mark. For starters, they have one of the best house red wine vinegrettes I have tasted in a long time. It was good enough that I finished the remaining dressing with the bread. The crab filled stuffed mushrooms were covered in a tomato-basil cream sauce and I could not decide which was better: the sauce or the tender stuffed mushrooms under neath it. For my main dish, I had the good old standard Chicken Parmesan and was not disappointed. The chicken was well seasoned, crispy and coated in a rich marinara and a healthy done of provolone. It was served with a mountain of spaghetti dressed in a robust marinara with small chunks of vegetables that gave it the perfect blend of taste and texture. The service was excellent, friendly and humeours. My drink was never less than half full and I was checked on throughout the meal. There was a quiet, relaxed atmosphere with subtle music playing overhead that made one feel right at home. Overall it was a great experience.

The employees answer the phone with a 'hello' as if they were at home. Then never can understand plain English ending in a messed up order. When inside the restaurant we get terrible service if any at all after being served the main dish. Then we wait for our ticket so long we eventually just walk up to the front to pay. Our family has had enough and unfortunately there goes yet another restaurant in this town we will not return to again. We tried so many times to help support you and your staff, but there are never any changes even after other similar reviews/ complaints have been submitted. Very disappointed i had to do this to warn others.
