My husband decided on the pasta combination(lasagna, ravioli, and manicotti) and I decided on the seafood combination(with too many ingredients to name), and for dessert it was tiramisu for the hubby, and lemoncello cake for me. Leave it to say, we got home, called it a night, and have full tummies. The desserts were the best points of the meal. What would be great is if they offered the seafood combination in a half portion(that was quite a bit to wade through, but the garlic rolls, YUM!)

I was contemplating how many plates and bowls of pasta could physically fit inside my innards. I estimated that 3 rounds could fit inside me, as I am a rather portly fellow. Upon studying all of the possible combinations of pasta (120 possibilities), I started with fettuccine pasta with creamy mushroom sauce and crispy chicken fritta. It was superb! It was so good that it induced hallucinations of Ancient Rome! I felt like Russell Crowe when he was walking through his field of wheat in Gladiator. After finishing my first pasta, I defiantly and confidently ordered my next course, spaghetti and meatballs. This was a rather boring choice, but I knew I had room for a third. This would simply satiate my pasta lust temporarily. About halfway through my "spaghet" (that's what the kids call it), it suddenly dawned on me that I had overestimated my powers of gluttony. A single tear rolled down my cheek (correction: it was sweat from my body entering into an acute food coma). I forged ahead and finished the spaghet. The pain and disappointment was too much to bear. I had to tap out after 2 courses. All in all, I estimate that I ingested around 2,000 calories, give or take 50 calories when you include the Andes mint chocolate. The waitress was top notch! She didn't even make fun of me when I only ate 2 courses of pasta! I've been to this location on several occasions and it's always consistently incredible! I will definitely be back, but I'll probably be ordering old reliable: The Tour of Italy.

So we put in our order for seafood linguine, with chicken& gnocchi soup, and take home five cheese ziti meal, and herb salmon with no herbs & broccoli with a slice of lemon. Since the smell of the broccoli turned my tummy i had an alternative for a side at home to go with the salmon(Thai jasmine rice, I picked up from the store). So I flaked the fish, while I heated the rice. Once the rice was done, I combined the salmon with it and added a small portion of olive garden Italian dressing for some flavor. Thank you to the staff for being attentive and paying attention to the notes on my part of the order, it made for a lovely dining experience at home. (I do wish though you had a way to order a side of salmon).

I am fairly picky about my Italian food, but this place hit the mark. For starters, they have one of the best house red wine vinegrettes I have tasted in a long time. It was good enough that I finished the remaining dressing with the bread. The crab filled stuffed mushrooms were covered in a tomato-basil cream sauce and I could not decide which was better: the sauce or the tender stuffed mushrooms under neath it. For my main dish, I had the good old standard Chicken Parmesan and was not disappointed. The chicken was well seasoned, crispy and coated in a rich marinara and a healthy done of provolone. It was served with a mountain of spaghetti dressed in a robust marinara with small chunks of vegetables that gave it the perfect blend of taste and texture. The service was excellent, friendly and humeours. My drink was never less than half full and I was checked on throughout the meal. There was a quiet, relaxed atmosphere with subtle music playing overhead that made one feel right at home. Overall it was a great experience.
