This place is a local favorite... Ever since they reopened, with the same nostalgic feeling of the 90s, Pizza Inn has stamped its place in the history of Blytheville. I will say, i've had better service and quality of food than what I received tonight, however it was busy due to a community fundraiser. No question on whether I will return, fasho I AM! The staff just needs to work on handling a crowd. And again, I've received better quality of food than pictured but I still ate it! Never been to a Pizza Inn before so we decided to try it out while in town for work. Just a head's up that the parking lot is small. Also thought it was concerning that they had magnetic locks on the door for after dark. Maybe this town is super sketchy...but I digress and will get to talking about the food. As for the pizza itself it was ok. Nothing to write home about. There was not much on the buffet when we came in, but the staff made several pizzas for my guys. They seemed to enjoy it just fine. Everyone did seem to like the BBQ chicken pizza and the chocolate chip dessert pizza was pretty good too. They also had pasta and some other random picky children food like french fries and I think some kind of fried chicken fingers or something...but don't quote me on that. The salad bar in my opinion was just mediocre. The salad was green, but had a limited number of toppings. They did have some cold macaroni type options, some dessert (pudding), and some random stuff I couldn't tell you what it was. All in all, I'd probably personally give it a 2, but if you are looking to cram massive amounts of pizza and salad and chocolate chip pizza and cinnamon roll desserts in your face after work like my crew was tonight...then I'll bump it up to a 3. read more

We went to dinner here at the recommendation of the hotel staff & because it had a buffet. The staff acted as if they were bored out of their minds. The buffet was cold--potatoes & pizza had been sitting there for some time. It was 6 pm. The salad bar wasn't too bad & the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Best of all they basically trap you into giving a tip by asking for it as you are paying. A tip for what? It's a buffet. So the waitress made $4.00 for bringing us a drink. Ridiculous. read more

I stopped in here with a LARGE group of middle school kids on a school to Memphis. The kids were hungry and they were ready to eat! What was good? They kept the pizzas coming and unless you are used to feeding large groups, that isn't always easy. They were also very flexible and willing to let me handle things. (I've done this a lot and know how to get a bunch of people through the line pretty quickly.) Oh yeah, the price was also good. They made us a good deal on the buffet. What can be improved? The pizzas were all pretty bland. I understand giving the big group of kids plain flavors, but there were other folks in there and they were eating the same predictable pizzas. The entire place looks pretty worn out. New paint, new furniture, updated restrooms...especially updated restrooms. The parking lot is pretty small, but maybe they usually have small crowds. The salad bar was quite pre-packaged. In fact, the 2nd bag of lettuce they brought out had as much brown as green. I didn't have the pleasure of growing up where there was a Pizza Inn. I didn't try it till I was almost 20. I just fell in love with it! So amazingly good! Thin crust pepperoni is the bomb. New York crust bacon cheeseburger pizza is my favorite! The chocolate chip pizzert is to die for! And they have a very good buffalo chicken pizza! The buffet is always good, too. If they don't have a pizza out that you want, they'll make it for you fresh! Can't say enough good about Pizza Inn. It just has a specific flavor that they don't have elsewhere. GREAT! read more

This place was atrocious. We were greeted with a non-smiling woman who was VERY rude. She seemed hesitant to work. The food was NOT fresh as advertised. The crust on the cheese bread was hard like cardboard. They had told us on the phone the buffet was open, but forgot to leave out that they had to serve us. The two women were VERY disrespectful and should be treated as such. 50 dollars of trash! We will be contacting corporate and shutting this establishment down. My husband and I adore Pizza Inn buffet! This pizza inn has a buffet. It's got a full salad bar & the full buffet. I love the mac n cheese, the spaghetti, & chocolate chip pizza. It's only fitting to have a Dr. Pepper with the buffet here! Note: you can order any pizza combo (including crust style) and they will bring it to you before putting it to the buffet. Worse customer service! Very rude, disrespectful and racist. I ordered a salad and pizza and some drinks and when my husband eat from my salad the rudest waitress, came to our table and with a very disrespectful manner told us that he can't eat from my salad. I explained to her that I didn't get a buffet and that I only got the salad and I can share with my husband if I wanted to. But she insisted and when I asked for her manger the manger was as rude and disrespectful. The police were called and they refused to give us our money back even when they never gave us the pizza we ordered. Very nasty place. Great buffet all day everyday! They keep it hoppin'...endless pizza coming out every couple of minutes! You never have to ask them to restock! And it's not JUST the basics...it's full of specialty pizza (BBQ chicken and jalepeno are great), pasta, salad bar and dessert (chocolate chip pizza, fruit pizzas, and cinnamon stromboli). Ok... I've had better pizza from a box at the supermarket (even before it was cooked). Salad bar? Shredded lettuce and dressing doesn't make it a salad bar - and what, exactly, was the liquid at the bottom of the bin of hard boiled eggs? A watery whitish-yellow liquid that smelled like carrion really isn't appealing. I know that Blytheville isn't the mecca of cuisine, but still... One of the ladies in charge was very rude...They weren't putting pizzas on the bar because of Mother's Day, and was offering meat loaf instead. So we had to order pizzas instead. Who goes to a pizza place for meat loaf? The pizza wasn't that good, and the lady questioned every time we went to the bar for Ranch making sure we didn't get anything off the bar. I went to the Pizza Inn in Blytheville, Ar. I wanted to know if they put vegetable oil in their pizza crest, because I have gallbladder problems. She did not know. I asked if they made their crust or bought it frozen, because if it was frozen she would be able to look on the package. She "claimed" they make it, but she did not know what they put in it and neither did anyone else that worked there. Sad they are serving people and don't even know their ingredients. . read more

Terrible meal. Just got into town after a 8 hour drive. Decided I wanted spaghetti. Ordered meat sauce. Got rigatoni, was told, that's our spaghetti. Asked why there was no meat in the sauce, was told it was really fine. There was NO meat in that sauce. Out of breadsticks but did get me some cheese bread from the buffet. Bummer! We were excited to have a real chance to enjoy a Pizza Inn. When we walked in, the three staff members running the place were taking a break and eating their lunch. It felt like we were infringing upon their break. Pizza was picked over and had been sitting on buffet a long time. I did ask one of the workers who continued to sit and chat with her co-workers if we could have a fresh pizza and she was happy to make one. My daughter had ordered and paid for a coke and wanted one to go. Since staff was nowhere in sight, I went to front counter and grabbed a to-go cup. About 5 minutes later, a staff member said, "If you take one of those cups, you have to pay $2.50". I explained to her that I had already paid for a soda and she said, " that is what the styrofoam coffee cups were for", like I should have known. I told her, no problem, you can have your cup. It wasn't a horrible experience, but certainly wasn't a good one. Staff almost acted as if they were irritated to have us in their restaurant. Maybe they were just having a rough day. read more
