There are new owners; the new manager, Gonzo, is very friendly, approachable, and quick to recommend new menu items (try the cream of chicken with rice soup: it's delicious). Pricing is a bit higher than other places, but the flavour is incomparable. Roma has a Monday night special that I feel is very good value for the money. The staff are always friendly and always take the time to thank me for my order; if Gonzo is working, he always comes to the counter and says hello. The pizza is delicious: hot, tasty, and always ready on time. I usually order pickup and it's piping hot. I've never had a complaint about the food or the service; this is a take-out place only (no dining in) but there are 1 or 2 tables if you are waiting for your order. I haven't tried the side dishes very much (I usually order just pizza) so I can't comment on those. Roma is definitely one of the best places to go!
