Best Pizza Hut in the area! The service staff provides is what makes our town feel like a community. I take groups of seniors out for lunch and when we go to this Pizza Hut we are treated with nothing but kindness and patience. I am in town from Maryland and my family is having a pizza party for me. We ordered 4 pizzas from this Pizza Hut for the party, but they were not the typical Pizza Hut quality that we know and love. I called to tell the manager about it and he offered to remake the pizzas, but I had to return them when I came back for the new pizzas. I returned with the pizzas, but the only thing that he would do was give me a free coupon for a 1 topping pizza or breadsticks. It was only good for that store and I don't live here anymore. I thought that they might have offered a certain percentage off, but no dice. In my opinion, this is not great customer service. read more

Well yikers! I came here a few days ago and before we even came in there were to people on the sidewalk lighting their shirts on fire. When I got inside the waitress immediately spilled apple juice on me, and it got in my left nostril!! Now all I can smell is apple. There were also stains on the floor which is definitely not a welcoming sign. Also the pizza was definitely not made with dough. ordered a take out gluten free pizza with EXTRA jalapeño and EXTRA pineapple. (picture attached) When I questioned the cook if he noticed the order was for extra stuff he said "yeah, you should see what the regular looks like". Huh? My visiting daughter can only eat gluten free stuff, so I took this take out order and decided to take Pizza Hut up on their "flavor promise", but after 30 minute of trying to find out HOW to contact pizza hut to get some resolution to this disappointing pizza, I decided to put my comments on Yelp Sorry, but this Pizza Hut is not very popular, only two table occupied when I was here. This is the first time I had this bad of food from this pizza hut. The sandwiches always came in separate boxes with fries and wrapped. The 2 sandwiches I ordered were in one box with no paper and no fries and they were 2 different sandwiches at that. The 2 medium pizzas I ordered were really dark and tasted burnt . And the wings we had was dried out. And we had it delivered. The food was really gross this time. read more

It has changed for the better dramatically over the past year or so. If a certain GM is there, you'll have a great meal, and great service, if not, then it's so so for the most part. We are happy they put someone in there that fixed the poor food, incorrect food, poor service and overall poor experience... We like it now!! read more

Great service. The pizza and breadsticks were cooked perfectly. One of the best Pizza Hut's I've been too.

The buffet barely had any food on it. And they claimed that they were very busy when there wasn't that many people. The cold bar had literally nothing on it. They wouldn't even come to help us get refills, I had to go up and ask for it. read more

I'd give it no star if I could. Ordered pizza wings and dessert for the family. And thank god we're here visiting, I would not order anything from here ever!! They didn't have GLOVES on and was touching everyone's food after touching their hair and pants, and faces, not washing them before touching food! Save yourself and everyone else! Worst pizza ever! My husband and I ordered a take out medium pizza. We waited 20 minutes there. Finally when we arrived home and opened the box, this pizza was burnt, dried up and everything g was shriveled up. It was literally disgusting. We immediately drove back to Pizza Hit in elm grove and spoke with the female manager. We wanted our money back. I showed this awful pizza and asked how this could be served to a customer. She said she was sorry. Then when I asked her to credit the Visa card, she said she didn't know how to do that on the cash register and that she would have to do this at the end of the shift. Placed an order. When to pick it up. They said they don't have an order. Said it was a call center that took my order and it never made it to the store. After that nonsense I called and complained to the general manager who apologized and gave me a $40 credit. It's been two weeks and I called to place an order using my credit. They said there is no credit and that's that. I'll call tomorrow and complain to the GM again. From here in out I'll order from Papa John's , lil Cesar's. anywhere but Pizza Hut. read more

Ordered take out. They said 10 to 15 minutes. It's been well over an hour. Poorly managed, i hear people at the tables complaining they have not recieved their food. Pizza was good, but it was a buffet. Entire buffet was pepperoni or plain cheese pizza. They should call it all you can eat pepperoni pizza. They did have a pasta and a dessert pizza. But all the other pizzas were pepperoni or cheese. Service attentive for a buffet. They did take the cost of my drink offy Bill when I told them the whole buffet was pepperoni. This might be the worse Pizza Hut I've ever felt with. We have ordered from them several times over a 6 month span. And every single time our food was 30-45 minutes late and was ice cold. I live less than 10 minutes away there is no reason for it to be cold. The topping on the cake was the last time we scheduled a delivery time 2 hours in advanced and they were an hour late. We called the store and they had no idea where the driver even was. Then our food was yet again ice cold and made wrong. You would think when you get a $50 order you would try and make sure it was right? I will not ever order from this Pizza Hut again I will drive across the river to get it else where. read more

We ordered the two-medium special ($6.99 each) as a Super Supreme pizza. This pizza was wonderful! Very hot, very flavorful. The service was very quick. They promised to have it ready in 15 minutes and they did! We were picking it up at the shop. read more

Horrible service. Ordered right away a pizza and a sandwich. Twenty minutes later, still no food. Saw a party of four who came in after us receive their food (different waitress). After another ten minutes went up to the counter to see why we hadn't received our food, our waitress just looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. Five minutes later, the table of four who already received their food received another pizza. At this point, my husband and I walked out. I will never go to Pizza Hut again. The place was not that busy except for take out orders which obviously were taken care of right away. read more
