For Drinks, extensive wine and drink list but because it was a hot day we both had the white sangria (excellent as well) If you have a large enough appetite, I would suggest to getting an order of the bread to mop up any remaining sauce . Service staff were attentive, polite, and professional. I would almost say European in nature, in the best sense of not trying to hurry you along, and yet easily enough to catch their eye in case you wish anything. Upon arriving at the scheduled time, I was required to pay for my order, only to then be informed that it had not even been started. I was asked to wait an additional ten minutes. After another twenty minutes had passed, I was called inside to discover that only one pasta had been prepared. At that point, I was told I could either receive a refund or continue waiting for the other two to be made. Given how much time had already been wasted and my need to provide dinner for my family elsewhere, I chose to take the single pasta along with the partial refund offered. However, to my frustration, I was still charged for the one portion rather than being refunded in full. The service throughout this experience was careless and dismissive, showing little regard for my time as a customer. While the gentleman at the front counter was polite, the overall handling of the situation left much to be desired. Combined with the noticeable decline in food quality over the past few years, this incident has confirmed I will no longer be a customer of or reccomened Jims going forward.

We then ask the family if she's bothering them to which the mom gestured to her three children and said jokingly, "Which one?" They never said anything to the waiter and like us were not impressed. Suffice to say, we will not be going to this restaurant again. Its advertisement of "family friendly" is disingenuous as the waiter doesn't like children. On top of that, the food wasn't even that good to start with, so if you want better food and service, go somewhere else!
