So glad we did. The pizza arrived hot and cheesy!! This is not thin crust but more original. Lots of toppings and as mentioned a good amount of cheese which made this girl very happy! Upon arriving at the scheduled time, I was required to pay for my order, only to then be informed that it had not even been started. I was asked to wait an additional ten minutes. After another twenty minutes had passed, I was called inside to discover that only one pasta had been prepared. At that point, I was told I could either receive a refund or continue waiting for the other two to be made. Given how much time had already been wasted and my need to provide dinner for my family elsewhere, I chose to take the single pasta along with the partial refund offered. However, to my frustration, I was still charged for the one portion rather than being refunded in full. The service throughout this experience was careless and dismissive, showing little regard for my time as a customer. While the gentleman at the front counter was polite, the overall handling of the situation left much to be desired. Combined with the noticeable decline in food quality over the past few years, this incident has confirmed I will no longer be a customer of or reccomened Jims going forward.

See fb to check out the egg pizza, and so many more different creations they are cooking ! Well it's ONLY serve on Saturday morning... so are you hungover?? This is the place to go! Since it was Friday we didn't have the chance "yet to try it out , the famous breakfast pizza ". The friendly front staff said they were thinking of adding it more often as it a big hit. She was helpful with identifying what pizza they had for pizza by the slice and any other questions we had. We did ask to change the the deal we got of "two pizza with a pop for 10.00 ". We asked if we could get water instead, and we were allowed. And no extra charge, bonus! These pizza had just came out of the oven so super fresh. Both myself and my companion thought that the pizza sauce was nice and not over powering. And there wasn't too much sauce on the pizza itself, just enough . I had the taco pizza was flavourful and lots of toppings. The drizzle of BBQ sauce was a nice touch. The bonus of ( sour cream salsa and nachos made it better!) My companion had the meat lover and pepperoni. Both had a fair bit of topping. The place was clean, but we came in as they just opened. Only complaint was they should offer wax paper inside the to go pizza box.

Since the new owners have taken over, we had expected the same quality and service, but we're very disappointed. Not one of our orders has been correct. Thai Chicken pizza had no chicken ( replaced with ham) and the Thai sauce was replaced with tomato sauce. This has happened twice now. Not a very appetizing pizza. The cowboy pizza: we always add banana peppers.... they substituted jalapeño peppers.....not the same thing. These substitutions have all been made without our consent or forewarning and we only find out only after we have paid and get home. This has occurred with 6 different pizzas over 3 orders. They seem to be missing key ingredients and the concept of what ingredients go together. I am not impressed and will no longer recommend them to my friends.

I personally love their thin crust pizza. It's a pretty great deal for when you and some friends want something quick, easy and relatively delicious. The thin crust doesn't make me feel gross afterwards, whereas the regular does. The reason for the rating? It's good, but as many would agree, there's simply better pizza out there Service: 20/30 I like that doms always employs the right amount of staff on for a shift. They seem to have a good team atmosphere going amongst friendly coworkers that can easily get their job done in a systemized way. Perhaps I'm assuming a lot there but that's what it looks like to me from the 3-4 times I've been in there. That being said, I would certainly not describe the working environment as "professional." I know, I know, I don't expect 16 year old pizza boys and girls to be overly enthusiastic and friendly when they say, "That'll be $13.75," but that would be picky feedback if I were to offer any. Environment/Cleanliness: 16/20 - Seems like doms put in Reno's to some of/all its stores in the past while. There's legit places to sit down inside the building for those who want to do so, and it's actually nice in there. Only thing I'm not a HUGE fan of is they have see through glass guards right where they make pizza when you walk in which is naturally a messy area during a rush. Would prefer to not see the mess from a guests perspective. Total: 71/100
