After another twenty minutes had passed, I was called inside to discover that only one pasta had been prepared. Given how much time had already been wasted and my need to provide dinner for my family elsewhere, I chose to take the single pasta along with the partial refund offered. However, to my frustration, I was still charged for the one portion rather than being refunded in full. The service throughout this experience was careless and dismissive, showing little regard for my time as a customer. While the gentleman at the front counter was polite, the overall handling of the situation left much to be desired. Combined with the noticeable decline in food quality over the past few years, this incident has confirmed I will no longer be a customer of or reccomened Jims going forward.

The cowboy pizza: we always add banana peppers.... they substituted jalapeño peppers.....not the same thing. These substitutions have all been made without our consent or forewarning and we only find out only after we have paid and get home. This has occurred with 6 different pizzas over 3 orders. They seem to be missing key ingredients and the concept of what ingredients go together. I am not impressed and will no longer recommend them to my friends.
