Sadly Pizza hut has gotten a lot worse since my last review. Definitely worse ingredients and quality. Their pizza is now on-par, or maybe even a little worse than Domino's, which is saying something. This is sad because years ago Pizza Hut was perhaps the best of the chain pizza places in the area. Picked up a pizza tonight and the parking lot was jammed full, all but one tight spot right in front. The staff were polite and friendly. There's no atmosphere, just a counter. Got home through the thick backroad traffic jams and Google is not helping sending everyone back there. The Super Supreme pizza turns out to be excellent. Crispy crust cooked to perfection. The combination of flavors of the toppings were delicious. The special flavor of the Italian sausage was herby and moist. The only improvement would have been a smoky wood-fired oven smell. But you have to go elsewhere for that and pay a lot more. read more

What a sorry excuse for pizza! I ordered a medium one topping pizza with a coupon for $12, which is four dollars more than what Domino's charges. I almost threw away half of it since it was so bad. We paid almost $38 for a large 2 topping pizza. It's more because it came through Uber eats and they add extra fees and this was also with the tip. It arrived cold, not even like warm. We order from this Pizza Hut on occasion and the food is always good/consistent. Unfortunately, our full order has never been delivered correctly. It's ranged from forgetting our Parm that they now make us pay for to our wings and everything in between. Here we go again, Friday night, everyone is exhausted from a long week, kids are hungry and they forgot another item....now for the positive, Amanda (manager) personally brought our item to us, apologized and offered an extremely fair remedy (one that I did not ask for). I truly hope that Pizza Hut knows what they have in her; a true gem of a person/manager!! This type of customer service is so rare these days that I felt the need to recognize her in a big way! Online ordering was quick, easy, and convenient. I opted to pay cash and remain contactless, this is where I went wrong. My pizza cost $21.73. I left $30 in a ziplock bag with a note (in black sharpie) asking for $5 back. When my pizza arrived it was left on my door step but change was not left behind. I called the store to let them know that "I think your driver stole my money..." because he didn't leave any change behind. I was placed on hold only for the gentleman to come back on and say "first of all..." and then begin to explain to me that the driver had to go back to the store and get change because he wasn't carrying any. Then he went on to explain that this is not the first time this has happened. Let's stop here. -I opted to pay cash...you knew that when the pizza left the store. So why not take change with you knowing you might need it??? -If this has been an issue in the past, an issue now, then it's likely going to be an issue in the future. Maybe implement a policy/plan to avoid creating this issue. -why not knock or leave a note saying you'll be back with change??? So the driver returns to give me my change back, which was great but then he said "I'm so sorry I didn't see your note because my glasses were foggy". So now you're telling me that your co-worker lied to me...Not cool Pizza Hut, not cool. read more

Delivery was timely and driver friendly but we ordered a stuff crust pizza and the crust was horribly thin. I haven't ordered Pizza Hut in a long time but know that it's never looked like this. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut until they bring back their regular fluffy crust. read more

Read this review and do not come here. I will say this. The lady on the phone was nice and polite. Beyond that, ignore like the plague. The food taste like complete garbage. I spent 25 dollars for a cheesy stuffed with some standard toppings. The taste of the food quickly made it to the garbage. I was given the food the moment it was done cooking. The food was not hot. The cheese did not melt out of the crust. The sauce tasted spoiled. I also ordered the Alfredo pasta. That was also a terrible idea. The pasta came with bread sticks. I smelled them and immediately wanted to gag. I was hoping for some childhood nostalgia. I guess either I had to concept of what real food tasted like or Pizza Hut is being operated by a bunch of clowns with zero palette. I am never eating at Pizza Hut, again. read more

A co worker & I, ordered a large specialty stuffed crust pizza and a brownie tray today for our lunch. Ordered it online to be ready to be picked up by 12:45p We arrived about 1:10p, we wanted to make sure it would for sure be done by the time we got there. It was nice and ready! First off, nothing wrong with the pizza. Food is what you expect it to be. The service is another story. First incident, my boyfriend and I placed an order online. After awhile, the app was still saying that they received our order, but nothing else. When we tried to call, the phone kept ringing. We thought they might have closed early (it was around the holidays). But when we called another Pizza Hut, they were still open. So we decided to drive down there. The manager had said they didn't receicve our order. We assumed it was just an issue with the app, and placed the order in the store. When we got back home with our food, a delivery guy was also showing up, with our food from the first order, that supposedly didn't go through....guess the manager should have checked the system before saying he didn't have our order Second incident, we tried to order online. It was around 1030pm, and they closed at midnight, but it said they were closed in the app. When we called, they said they weren't doing online orders at that time. So we couldn't get the deal we were originally going for, nor could we redeem our points for a free pizza. Ended up spending a lot more than we wanted. We asked the driver about it, and he said the online ordering should still be available....he also happened to be the same driver from the first incident. At least the driver was cool. Never will I order from this location again. I ordered my food to go through their website so that was fine. Except Pizza Hut now charges you a 10% added fee for getting food on a Sunday! What?! But the real problem was when I arrived to pick up my food. One person out of the 10 working there actually looked at me. Looked but didn't acknowledge me. I stood there for 10 minutes. I finally yelled out and got a 1 minute finger directed my way from the pizza cutter. 10 more minutes went by and nobody would acknowledge me. If I haven't already paid I would have left. The pizza cutter finally finished my order and put it in the warmer. Didn't ask if it was mine just put it in there and walked away. I finally yelled at someone to give me my order. I asked for the manager but he refused to come speak to me!!! I'd be a little more forgiving if they were short staffed but there were 10 people working!! We placed on order online at 10:15 am for an office luncheon and requested delivery at 11:30. At 11:40 the pizza had not arrived so we called and were told they were running a little behind and it should be here in about 10 minutes. At 12:00 we tried calling again, several times, but nobody answered. The pizza was finally delivered at 12:25. When asked what the problem was, the delivery gal said they were busy and she was the only delivery person. The quality of the pizza was mediocre when we finally received it. read more

Walked in and was not greeted or even acknowledged for about 5 minnutes even though 2 employees told whoever was in charge of the counter that someone was waiting. The 2 employees were off around a corner no more than 5 feet away from the counter and couldn't even acknowledge that someone had entered there lobby. Absolutely the worst customer service! We ordered online, got a confirmation, then got an email saying it had been delivered after 20 minutes. We waited an hour and a half before we called to find out what was going on. Turns out the store apparently never got the order. Then I tried talking to a manager who was rude, cut me off, and refused to answer my questions directly. They couldn't tell me why we hadn't been notified that they cancelled our order and they tried to tell me that they didn't deliver to our address even though they have delivered to us in the past. They didn't offer to amend this incident in any way either. I definitely do not recommend this store. read more

I placed an order though their online portal. After placing the order, I realized I had left out my unit number for my apartment. Upon that realization, I immediately tried to correct the delivery address through their online portal. When it would not allow me to adjust the address I attempted to contact this location 4 separate times with no answer. After my failed attempts I reached out to the corporate number. When that line answered their customer service member asked "why it took so long to contact them" instead of me reaching out to the location that was fulfilling the order and also referred to me as "woman." Pizza Hut pull the call to verify. This is 2018 and no woman I know will tolerate being talked down to like that let alone someone who is a paying customer. Needless to say I will never be giving my money to this company again. You're in a customer service industry. Time to update the training manual and treat your employees what respect means. My coworker and I ordered pizza, cheese sticks, and fries. We get out receipt and it Says we were charged for 2 cheese sticks (and we only wanted 1, and only got 1) I called the store and the nice employee answered and said he would have to let the manager handle it, I told him no problem. The manager answers and is arguing with me saying the online order said 2, which it didn't, and I told him I know for a fact we only ordered one. He kept arguing and saying he "cut it up himself" and "we must have it because there aren't any extras laying around" I was offended, and I can't believe a MANAGER could provide such poor customer service. Basically calling me a liar, refused to refund the money, said our choices were sending out another cheese stick or credit the account for next time we order. I won't be ordering again. I can't speak for the cheesy pizza but can for a cheeseless pizza. Most places even with cheeseless will sprinkle toppings on and it's a bummer. This is by far the best Pizza Hut I've ever ordered from and I've lived in 4 states and many cities. Pizzas are always hot and they are generous with toppings! I created a yelp account just to post this review. VERY dissatisfied!!!!!! Ordered online through the pizzahut.com website & this store was assigned to us. We've ordered from them before & usually don't have problems. After waiting for over an hour to get our order, I tried calling the store to make sure they received our order.... the phone rang & rang with no one answering & no answering machine! I called them 6 times! Finally about 1.5 hours after ordering (when it said it would only take 30 mins to deliver), the delivery guy shows up as if nothing's wrong. The pizza was low quality- cold & seemed like it had been sitting for a long time. The breadsticks were very cold & needed to be heated up, & the wings were nothing special. For a pizza delivery you don't expect perfection, but can't you at least have warm food???? I don't know if it was the delivery guy taking his time, or if the store just doesn't like to work, but we will definitely not be ordering from this store again! read more
