I was in town for a visit and decided to order pizza for a quick meal. The Local Pizza Hut was on the main highway and seemed simple and easy. I ordered dinner and 15 minutes later, I drove up to the pick up window and my pizza and wings were ready. The associate was friendly and professional. The pizza was hot and good! I know it may seem like I have very little taste to rate a chain pizza restaurant so highly, but seriously the pizza is great! I've ordered the stuffed crust many times from the particular chain and it has always been perfect. Recently I have tried the stuffed garlic knots and they are also wonderful. It just really scratches that pizza itch! I recommend this over the other pizza place in town (Pizza Plex) as what you get is infinitely more tasty! read more

This place is terrible and has been for years. Never expect to order a pizza and have it within 30 minutes. When you do go to pick it up, expect to wait 15+ minutes at the window. Dine in is no better as the interior is always filthy and feels like everything is greasy. Once, we ordered a pizza over the phone and were told that it would be 25-30 minutes. We showed up at the 30 minute mark and began to wait. 10 minutes in, we were asked to pull around, so that they could serve the car behind us because our pizza was not ready. We made our way back around the building to get back in line waited for another 5-10 minutes. At that point, the employee tells the driver in front of us (for whom we had to circle the building for) to also get back in line so that they could serve us ours. Ridiculous! I've never had a decent server, so that's also out the window. The parking lot is a disaster, as well. Pot holes galore! This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever encountered, and many people in town would really just be happier if it would close. read more

Health Department should inspect this restaurant. It was filthy. "Cleared" tables were still greasy and dirty, the floors were disgusting and bathrooms were appalling. My in-laws and I were driving down to the Gulf and stopped here for lunch...never will go to Pizza Hut again. Worried that my 3 year old will get food poisoning. This place is a dump! When you walk in the door the first thing you notice is the smell of sewage, and old dirty carpet. Then as you go fix your own drinks because there are only two people working you see the dead bugs around all the windows. When you sit back down you stick to the table from lack of cleanliness. The ceiling in beyond filthy with dust from the vents all over the place...... This place is managed poor from the store level on up to the district manager. I actually witnessed other customers get up and serve people, and refill drinks. It's beyond a good cleaning. It would need to be shut down and remodeled. One would think this is a franchise because a corporate store surely would not let their brand be represented like this!! read more

This place really needs the health department to do a pop up inspection. These ppl are seriously gonna make someone sick. My daughter and I were going to dine in today but after placing an order I refused to let myself or my daughter eat there. First of all when we stepped in there it was ridiculously hot, I had to ask them to cut the air on. Next we seated ourselves but before we sat down I had to get them to clean a table that was supposed to already have been clean. There was food particles still on the table. The booth had food on the seats so she cleaned that as well as food on the floor. After she cleaned that again we sat down and ordered. We ordered a pizza and I ordered a salad with my meal, so glad I did. Well I got to the salad bar and the lettuce was brown, swimming in water so I asked them to put out fresh lettuce, she brought out a bowl full of wilted brown lettuce, I looked at the saucer on the salad bar it had hair on it then I looked at the ranch dressing, the dressing was yellow. This was all I needed to see, I'd seen enough. I got my daughter, I told them to cancel the order we were leaving bcuz they were gonna make someone sick but not us. We left & went elsewhere. WHY IS THE HEALTH DEPT. ALLOWING THIS RESTAURANT TO STAY OPENED UNDER THESE CONDITIONS WITH ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS THIS PARTICULAR RESTAURANT HAS BEEN GETTING??????
