The decor is quite minimalist and it can be quite echo-y inside which can make conversation difficult. As you'd expect, the menu is largely composed of pizzas, but there are some pasta dishes too. The pizzas are reliably good rather than outstanding, but the main course salads are great - I particularly like the one with goat's cheese. Desserts aren't particularly interesting, but are nice and come in reasonable portions. I've had some really slow service here at times and some great service at other times, so it's difficult to say which is most usual.

The Staines branch seems to have improved over the past 18 months. Before than I often had problems with the wrong things being delivered, deliveries taking much longer than promised and the drivers not being able to find the house - meaning cold, clammy pizza. However, the last few times I've used them everything has been delivered correctly, quickly and nice and hot. I usually order via their website - perhaps that speeds things up a bit. An additional bonus of ordering on the internet is that they often email you discount codes, so you can stuff your face and save money at the same time.
