The place looks clean, the staff is friendly and they haven't messed up any of my orders in a very long time. They use a call center in who knows what country. Ordered 2 cheese sauce for our pizza we got 2 icings instead. Called and got the call center again "sorry small mistake". They patched me to the store, let them know we wouldn't be back if you're not ordering from the store and local people "sorry" was the only response. Apparently a double order of breadsticks only comes with one marinara. Also wings do not come with a dipping sauce because the "sauce is already on them". So if you want dipping sauce, be prepared to pay extra but don't worry, the rudeness is free. read more

They have 2 BIG signs out front that say they're open for dine in. We went in and were told the dining room was closed.

It's rare that they will get your order right. The pizza is okay at best. Pizza Pantry has better pizza and Chicago's has better bread sticks. read more

I've eaten at this location a few times. My family always eats the buffet. It's hit or miss on wether there is a large variety or not. If you're willing to wait, they usually get around to bringing out enough for everyone. The wait staff is less than stellar but the food is good. read more

This has to be my worst pizza hut experience ever. My family came here to enjoy a special family night out and was sorely disappointed. They now have their dining room done and updated. The dining room has a very nice atmosphere and even has a wall personalized with the town name. My family had ordered 1 garlic bread with cheese and 1 stuffed crust pizza that was half meat lovers and half supreme specialty. When we received our garlic bread, we enjoyed it. It was perfect. Nice and soft in the middle and just the right crispness on the edges. When we received our pizza,however, we were sorely disappointed. This was the most pitiful pizza ever. The only good thing I can say about it was that it was hot. Otherwise it was paper thin with a minimal of toppings. I've seen cheese pizzas bigger than thus and I could have gotten a larger, more bigger built pizza for the same price or cheaper at Casey's. My husband had to go to the front desk to ask for napkins, we didn't receive any silverware thus no napkins, he said he mentioned at how skimpy the pizza was and they replied that corporate has given them new instructions on how much they can put on a pizza. If that's true,the chain will die if it doesn't change. The service was not good at all. My husband didn't even leave a tip,that has never happened for as long as I have known him. The waitress seemed nice and took our order and brought our food,but that was all. She didn't check to see if we needed refills or anything, she didn't even bring us our check. Another employee did,and he looked like he was a cook. All of this and they were not very busy at all. Needless to say, we most likely will not be returning to this location. read more

They now have a wing street at this location. However I don't know how good the wings are. A sign said "Please seat your self." We wanted a booth and the only one available without plates, pizza trays, or other customers was dirty. I wiped it off and we sat there... For 15 minutes without being given a menu. We say the waitress help other customers. Some that showed up after us. She even cleaned some of the tables while we waited for a menu. After 15 minutes we left and took our business to a pizza place across the street. read more

The recent superficial changes are just that, skin deep. a closer look will show that the staff is still under qualified and unprofessional and the management is leading with the worst possible example. anyone who took the time to sit near the kitchen during the slower hours would hear the employees (often the managers) gossiping and bad talking about fellow crew members for long periods of time. one could only imagine what issues like cleanliness might be falling through the cracks so that they might discuss the personal affairs of the staff. this store might have just spent thousands of dollars for a facelift but ultimately what really matters is food quality and staff professionality. after overhearing several conversations spanning from the disdain between crew members and yelling bouts between management and crew to the sexual interactions of staff members I feel this is to hostile and possibly unhealthy an environment to any longer subject my children and family. regardless of the decore. read more
