How this place is still in business when Papa Johns is right down the road is a complete mystery to me. We had family in from out of town and ordered a range of items, from pizza to pasta, and some chicken wings. Everything was bad. Not as in spoiled, but as in horrible quality: The pizza crust was hard on the bottom and chewy (not in a good way), with bizarrely sweet pizza sauce, flavorless pepperoni, and plastic cheese (which is weird, because plastic melts and this cheese definitely doesn't). The pasta was both undercooked and overcooked, something I didn't know was physically possible; there were sections where the dish had chewy noodles, and spots where it was complete mush. The size of the wings was laughably small, like something you'd get off a quail. They were the standard pre-breaded/fried & reheated ones you'd see at any fast food restaurant ... except they were barely room temperature when the order arrived. We would literally have gotten better food for WAAAAY less money if we'd driven around the corner to Food Lion and grabbed stuff from the frozen aisle. Which is what we will do in the future. Lesson learned. Won't ever go back to this place again. read more

I placed an online order for 4 pizzas and wings to be picked up within an hour. When I got here, they just had the wings. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes. They forgot some sauces that I ordered. They were severely disorganized in the kitchen with many other people waiting for door dash orders and take out orders. Very disappointed that other people got there food significantly faster then me. You would think being a "fast food pizza" place you'd get your food relatively quickly. read more

the food buffet bar (salad) was horrible, the lettuce was brown and cukes were slimy and the eggs spoiled, on top of that it was half empty and filthy. Also no sauce for breadsticks, dod not eat there. Another family from Illinois said they asked for a cheese pizza on bar and was not given it, I told them to ask for a discount and they got 10.00 off for 62.00 dollar meal should have been 50%, and the workers were nonchalant and not very communicative, this is NO way to treat paying customers, I am surprised that they are still in business, I worked for them years ago and the cleanliness was very good, food was great and worker respectful, not Here! please beware. We went for the buffet only to learn it is only 11:00-01:30 M-F. No body was in the restaurant for good reason. The wing machine was broken; rude cashier unwilling to substitute salad for wings (they were going to throw out or take home); pizza mediocre and overpriced. Go somewhere else. read more

Absolutely the worst!! I ordered large meat lovers and boneless chicken wings. Only thing good was the delivery and the nice young lady that delivered. Pizza was not done, no taste, and just bad. The boneless chicken wings are a joke, get yourself done McDonalds chicken nuggets. I have now tried this place a few times and I keep giving them a chance. I do try to be fair in my reviews. The only time I'm compelled to write one is when the customer service is really good or really bad. My friend and I just ate at this Pizza Hut. There was only one other table occupied when we went in. I realize they have call in/ walk in orders in addition to the dining in customers. My friend had to take our soda glasses up to the counter to get a refill. Also, the wait on one large pizza seemed extreme. Wings were added to our order for takeout later on. I feel a little bad for not including a minimum tip, but with slow/poor service and a bill of $41.00, I felt like we had spent more than enough. read more

This is the second time this location has dropped the ball. I live 30 minutes away and ordered my pizza at 6:12 and came at 6:45 for my food. They had given my food to someone else. Someone who obviously didn't feel like waiting for their food. They didn't check the name or number correctly. When I asked how long the food would take they then tried to charge me full price for my order even though no one knew what was going on in the store. I will not be going to this Pizza Hut ever again read more

Ordered dinner box with cheese sticks, 2 medium pizzas, and a cookie. My husband's pizza turned out fine with his request of a buffalo drizzle. My pizza was supposed to have tomatoes and a balsamic drizzle, and both pizzas showed up with a buffalo drizzle. Called and complained and told them I'd like another pizza. They bring a new one, and as I'm eating it, discover that there is ham on it!! Being a vegetarian for 15 years, I was absolutely DISGUSTED. I was so angry, I couldn't even call them. Terrible customer service from @pizzahut. My order never came. When I called to place my order for two pizzas I spoke to an associate named Sandy. Sandy said that she could not place the order because she experiencing difficulties entering the order. Sandy asked me to hold, which I did for over 10 minutes. After the hold a different person came on the line and asked me , "How may I help you?" That person later identified herself as the store manager, Melissa. When I asked Melissa what if anything had been communicated to her by Sandy she did not respond directly. The answer apparently was nothing, as Melissa's response was, "First I need to know your order." If providing my order again, and with no apology or even acknowledge of the poor customer service that Pizza Hut was providing, Melissa said the order would take an hour to deliver. Typically orders form this location take 20-30 mins. This order was placed on Wednesday, March 23. There were no special events on TV or locally, no explicable cause for such a delay. My demeanor remained polity. I told Melissa that I just wanted the food be hot when it arrived. Melissa response was that it "should" be. That was the end of the first call to the restaurant. After and an hour and a half of waiting for a devlery from a store that is only 15 minutes away, I called back in. The first 3 calls went unanswered. On the forth I got Sandy again. I informed her that I had not yet received my order and that I have not heard from the driver. She asked me to hold while she check on the delivery. After another 10 minute hold Melissa came to the line and said, "Yes, how can I help you?" I again explained that I hadn't received my order or heard from anyone as to the reason for the delay, or when I should expect my order to arrive. She replied, 'I can't do anything without a ticket number." Exasperated, I again provided my name and phone number, and polity explained to her that I was not provided a ticket number. She did not respond; perhaps because she realized the she had taken my order. I calmly expressed my disappoint with the delay and the difficulty that i encounter trying to place the order. At this point my family had been waiting nearly two hours for the delivery. Her response; "Sir we've had 13 orders in the last 30 mins." Mellisa then hung up on me. When I imediatly called back, Sandy answered and said that Melissa could not come to the phone. I informed her that she'd just disconnected the call and that I still had not received my order. Sandy replied that there was nothing that she could do. I asked Sandy to tell manager that I would like to speak with her, but while I was doing so Sandy talked over me several times, exclaiming "Sir, Sir!". I asked Sandy to refrain from interrupting me and to pass on my request to her manager while I waited. Sandy cup the phone and spoke to who I assume was her Melissa, stating "That guy *inaudible* who you just hung up on wants to *inaudible* speak to you *inaudible*". After a moment Sandy came back on the line with me and said that she tried and that her manager will not come to the phone. I asked Sandy to tell her Melissa that I'm going to share my entire experience on social media once I end the call. Sandy replied, "Ah Huh." I ended the call. read more
