This place is misleading and they don't have proper service. We ordered, and the call, saying they won't deliver close to 20 mins of closing. (they never specified and it didn't say on the website) We asked for a refund since they won't deliver. They said, they can't deliver it, CAN cancel our order, but won't refund. Driver ate my pizza never ordering from here again I'm so pissed I haven't eaten all day I hope he crashes

I'be ordered from many different locations in the past, they were good. The Sidney BC location was one of the worst pizzas I've had, we had Hawaiian with thin crest and supreme with stuffed cheese in the crust. 4 of us for dinner and everybody said the same thing, one of the worst pizzas we've had. Was looking to order some pizza for me and my family on Sunday July 28th around 4pm. We were refused a cheeseless pizza? Just needed 1 pizza to be done without cheese on it and the man on the phone said he could not guarantee he would not basically accidentally put cheese on it due to it being busy. Do not recommend this place if you have any type of preference to what you want on a pizza. This is a wild card pizza hut apparently. He got mad at me and said well you could have just told me you weren't going to tip me from the start, I kindly asked what his name was and he told me and said do you want the store number and manager number to. If I could put 0 stars I would. The delivery man was atrocious. He knocked so loud on our door, I nearly hit the ceiling. We opened the door to explain that he doesn't need to knock so loud. He then replied, "Here is your food you grumpy asshole!". I said again it was loud. He then said called me a "c-u-n-t" among other horrible things. We decided not to take our food. He drove away giving us the finger. I have never experienced anything so irrational in all of my life. This man has anger issues and should not be delivering anything to the general public. I've been here a couple times in the past month and I can't believe how good it was! I have another favourite pizza joint in Sidney, but for the price, this can't be beat. 5 bucks, 5 bucks, that's a real steal. And we all love the Pizza Hut crust best although my only complaint is that it's a bit greasy. Our new favourite pizza is the maple bacon Alfredo. A real winner! read more

O.M.G horrible... I placed an order online for pickup, they called me after I placed it saying they don't do delivery only pick up. I told them that's fine and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up 20 minutes later and actually thought no one was working. Waiting for about 3 minutes until I was greeted.. I got my food and drove home. I should have looked and my pizza and chicken before leaving the store because there was literally NO pizza sauce on the pizza, thin as paper and half my chicken bites didn't have any sauce on them PLUS i ordered honey garlic and they were barbecue. Honestly the food was so laughable I think the employee was trying to get fired.. I took pictures and will try for a refund. Was just a waste and time and money. 35$ for a pizza and chicken bites and everything in the order was messed up. Just moved to this area and never getting my pizza here again. read more

THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ! This place is an absolute joke. Let me start by saying this is my 12 month review on this place. Yes I order alot of pizza but they are literally the only place that deliver not only pizza, but food in my location. The first time I ordered the were extremely rude and the pizza had literally no cheese. I took pictures because I was so confused but I let it slide. Same thing happened the next time so from that point on I started getting it with extra cheese. I've done both pick up and delivery and either option will leave you frustrated whether it be rudeness, waiting, online menu NEVER being updated. The entire year whenever I've tried to order cinabuns they call me to say they dont have them. So many things online you can't order or they dont honor the price. They substitute without your knowledge all the time (they were out of ranch so they gave me something else) when I asked for it free he said no. That shouldn't be my fault. They should call ahead. Today was my final straw and coincidentally it's been exactly a year (this month) that ive moved in and started ordering from them. It's been the same unprofessional staff all year (drivers dont wear uniforms, they swear like its no big deal, the list goes on). The place is a joke and I can guarantee the only reason they are still in business is because theres no other big chain pizza places that deliver way out here. Shame really read more
