I cry in y'all's parking lot in my lambo to lana del ray while stuffing my face with a deep dish pepperoni pizza every Friday. I ordered a pizza and wings to go and picked up via the drive thru window. So the first issue wasn't a big deal, one of their drivers accidentally took my wings so she had to make more which wasn't a big deal because it took less than 10 minutes for them to make more. But then there was more, when I got home I realized They didn't put butter garlic crust on my pizza like it was pose to have. Also, the pieces were cut very unevenly some were very big while others were very small which isn't too big of a deal but if your splitting a pizza you don't want the pieces to be that big of a difference. But, the Pizza still tasted okay and the lady that handled the transaction was very friendly so that's why I gave three stars. I usually order from domino's and was tired of there pizza and wanted to try something different but felt a little disappointed due to the small things adding up. read more

Ordered pizza at 6:11 pm for dilivery less than 3 miles from kitchen. Email confirmed a 1.5 hour delivery. At7:41 pm called to see where location of pizza. Was advised it would take 2 hours. At 8:26 pm called for pizza and asked for a discount. Was given $3 off unacceptable!!! Was advised that until 2 hours late would not give more discounts. Pizza arrived with 6 min to go and was Cold!! Pizza Hut finally gave free pizza but would take 2-7 days before credit would be given. First order since 2001 and will be last. read more

First time dining inside the Pizza Hut restaurant with my husband and 5 kids yesterday, Saturday midday, was a great experience. The salad bar was fresh, pizza hot and ready in good time, and the service was great. It seemed as though the girl may have been doing it all alone, although i did later see others working with her. But I wanted to yelp her because while juggling the phone orders, walkins, to go orders, delivering us our food and drinks, plus making sure all the pizzas were being cooked, delivered etc. the girl and the small staff did am amazing job. no problems, nice staff, good food, we will come back. leanna0421 read more

WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER. Hands down. No question. Would leave zero stars if I could. Been here nearly an hour now. Still haven't received a pizza. Oh hey! I was just informed that they made it wrong. They're gonna make another. Our waiter is inept. He attempted to take our somewhat complex order for 5 people without writing it down. Then he came back 5 minutes later with a pen and paper. He wrote it down. A few minutes later he came back to make sure he wrote it down right. 3 of 5 drinks at the table are currently empty. The salad bar is a disaster. Out of lettuce. Perhaps the most important item on a salad bar. I was told that I could enjoy a free salad bar for my inconvenience. A free lettuceless salad bar I guess. The front of house and back of house staff is arguing with each other. Loudly. I won't bore you with the details of their conversation. But the fact that I could should be embarrassing to them. Where is the manager?!?! Lastly...you need to know that we are the ONLY table here. They are not busy taking care of other people. They are not busy. Period. They close at 10. We arrived at 8:45. It's now 9:50. The rest of the table got their food at 9:40. Still haven't seen my pizza. 9:56. My pizza is here! It's free! Wow. I would hope so. Don't come here. Just don't. Service was good. The waiters were quite friendly. Their dedication to memorizing Pizza Hut's specials is impressive. Service was a little slow, but there were quite a number of patrons already in the restaurant. Pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious! Lots of flavor. Good buffet but poor service. They are usually understaffed which is the problem.My son and I went there the other day for lunch and there was no pizza or pasta. The desert pizza was not cut so that was a mess. The salad bar was empty. I complained to the manager but all I got was excuses. They even ran out of plates. Really bad. The cheese sticks we ordered for carry out were burnt, cold, not sliced, and seemed like leftovers from a few hours earlier. Sanitation score behind the register was 91.5. Some of the newer Pizza Huts are still really good, but this one gives the franchise a bad name. read more

This Pizza Hut is awful. Our waitress was nice and that's why I am giving two stars. We were sat and then had to wait 10-15 minutes for a menu. The food took over a hour to prepare. We were the only table in there so that was unacceptable. I will not be back. read more

This Pizza Hut is super slow, we order one pizza and some wings and they said the delivery would take 75 mins. or more. Plus to top it off they were incredibly late with the delivery, they were over 30 mins. late. We'll never order from here again. read more

Waited for 1 and half for one large pizza to be delivered. Called to find out where it was, and was told it would be another 2 hour wait. Try to talk to the manager but never came to the phone. Cancelled order and got pizza from Papa John's in 20 mins. Don't waste time, just call Papa John's in the first place. read more

Terrible! I have now tried ordering from here 3 - 5 times this past year and I've got food only once. Nobody seems to want to work. They put you on hold and never come back to the phone. I placed an order online for delivery to be at noon. Half hour lunch break and it got here at 12:15. Order wings the portion says 8 and there was 6 and they wasn't even boneless wings they were bone in. Didn't bother calling because I had 15 mins to scarf down food and get back to work. I came for the lunch buffet today March 15. When I got to my table I noticed it was very cold on the dining area. I mentioned it to the server and he said that he couldn't turn up the heat because he would get in trouble. I don't hardly ever complain but the restaurant needs to be comfortable for your customers. We never made it past the door. The restaurant was filthy and even though it wasn't quite dinner time the salad bar was covered with grime. We stood there five minutes unacknowledged and just left. Ordered a pizza for delivery, waited an hour and got a phone call from the driver saying he was lost. I gave the driver directions. An hour after that, I tried calling the driver and got no answer. Then preceded to call the store I ordered from and again, got no answer. The pizza never came. Do not order delivery from this pizza hut. read more

Listen to the other reviews! This Pizza Hut deserves zero stars. This place is consistently bad. Dining in, you get horrible service and mediocre (at best) food. Delivery is a nightmare. Every time we have ordered delivery, the order is wrong and cold. And it takes at least 1 hour to get your food for delivery, and that is at their slow time! Go the extra 500 feet to Cafe Vesuvio if you want pizza. read more

sadly i wont be giving any stars because i feel their service has really slacked off dramatically in the past few years , i want to first start by giving my reason and our unacceptable service ...my husband and i attended a birthday party at this location on sunday april -23-2017 and right from the begenning the service by our waitress was really slack , she acted as though it was a problem that we requested pictures of drink rather than single cups of drink the pizzas were not right and several of the plates were dirty ... first 3 problems ... there was a new girl present that helped up more than our on waitress , she made sure we had drinks and continued to check on us while she was trainning , it was really obvious this girl had far more experiance than our waitress , smh. i didnt catch either of the waitresses names at the time but i would like to give thanks to the new little girl for the help she gave and how professional she carried herself and how clean she looked . our waitress was sweating and it beading off her face everytime she came back to the party , a word of advice to you would be take some trainning from the new girl make your self clean and presentable and not sweating over our food ... the new new girl was the one who appreard to be properly dressed and clean very sweet and professional even the managers of the store appearance was totally out of wack , the female manager was dressed like someone fresh off the streets , pants sagging with her boxers hanging out shirt pulled out she obviously thinks shes a man , the guy manager was nice but not presentable for what i would want as a manager in my store . im not sure how in the world they made it to management positions when so unprofessional about their looks and the way they handle things in the store and all the front staff showed alot of attitude not what you want for customers who come in hoping for a great eat in experiance , also one more detail that i must add , the bathroom was horrible... the stall i went in didnt even have a lock on the door and wouldnt shut , trash overflowing into the floor ...uggg just terrible ...just a few words of advise for your guys clean up the store , make your self presentable and clean ,get orders right and try to be a little more friendly and professional , and to the new girl keep up the awesome work sweetheart teach them girls a few things and you should go a long way there or possibly somewhere just as clean and professional as you ....the only star i gave is for the new little girl not for the service of the others or the store ... read more
